Reviews for Conrad Washington DC

Top notch hotel

The Conrad Washington DC is extremely walkable to luxury shopping, cafes, restaurants, museums, etc. Its staff were welcoming and helpful. General decor was luxurious and rooms were clean and well appointed--turndown provided a pillow chocolate! Amenities were generally great, of note: - Good wifi in the room and in the conference spaces (oddly my cellular service wasn't great in the hotel)--TV in room was equipped to login to Netflix - There was a bedside table on both sides of the bed with electrical/USB outlets - Good counter space in bathroom - Hair dryer in a hidden drawer in the bathroom vanity, but no shower cap toiletry - Lightly scented toiletries did not disturb my allergies. - No vent fan in bathroom, though the lights had a "nightlight" setting - Desk/desk chair with electrical outlet and lamp--would've liked if the TV was mounted on a swinging arm so it could be seen more easily from the desk - Lounge chair and coffee table - Complimentary bottled water available in the room and a water-bottle filler was near the restrooms in the conference area - Complimentary basic coffee machine available in the room with a glass hot water kettle for preparation of a solid cuppa! - Umbrellas available to borrow Tip: would bring a noise machine, particularly if you have a room that opens onto the balcony overlooking the atrium. My phone app did the trick.

Great experience at Conrad WDC

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Conrad DC. The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, and the hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants and areas of interest to explore. In-room dining was also delicious and on-point. Additionally, we appreciated the Easter and Cherry Blossom themes of the hotel, and the fact that it's situated in a walkable area added to its charm.

Great hotel with friendly service

Stayed for 3 nights, nice hotel in a good location, the staff were friendly at check in and always offered water which was a nice touch when it was so hot outside. The housekeeping was good and we had breakfast each morning which was always good. Only issue was a small issue with the bill when checking out which I spotted and was corrected but it just shouldn't happen.

Will go back again and again and recommend friends and family

We went to DC for spring break 2024 as a family and stayed at Conrad DC. The hotel is in a great central location, which makes it easy to go visit almost anywhere. Both the room itself and bathroom are bright, elegant, spacious and spotless. We spent four nights there and really enjoyed our stay. But their thoughtful staff is what makes the whole experience extra memorable. The man at the entrance offered us a hand with luggage when we didn't even ask. The lady(I think her name is Jeane) checked us in and greeted us with smiles. She asked us about our travel to DC and if we needed anything. Next morning, a lady named Kayla greeted us with smiles. Knowing it was just our second day, she asked about our stay and if we have any questions about how to get around the hotel . She pointed us to a few amenities and gave us a tour of the hotel's beautiful terrace. Our teenage girl especially loves the place. We then were able to visit the terrace a couple times during out stay. We would definitely stay here again. It's a wonderful experience in every way. Highly recommend it.

What a nice hotel!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

With the exception of the weird first-floor, third-floor reception arrangement, this is one of the nicest and most competently staffed hotels I've ever stayed in. From the warm greeting when we first arrived to the help arranging a birthday bouquet, every single person we encountered was really good at their job. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was better than any hotel coffee I think I've ever had. The room and the bathroom were spacious, the pillows terrific, and even the water pressure was really good. We were sorry to leave!
