The Dupont Circle

This hotel has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent 5 star service. Front desk team super awesome ,above the par. Very nicely efficiently managed by great management team. Even one day i ran in to the CEO of this large management group on my way out by the main entrance as he was trying to leave at the same time. OMG so super humble leadership on top, i think that’s the reason it’s like that all the way from top down. I mean bellmen / valet team hats off to all of them. I used to be titanium level member at an other hotel chain, but i stayed at this very first time in Jan 2025, and after that i came few times but same level of 5 star consistent hospitality.🫡

My mother and I have been staying at The Dupont Circle Hotel every summer for the last few years and really love it. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming - the definition of hospitality. The doormen are great, shout-out Eyasu, Debebe, Toyi, and the rest of the crew! The front desk is polite, warm, and helpful. I'd like to thank Diana - even though she works at the front desk, she noticed and helped me unload my baggage from the car after I was stressed from driving through rush-hour traffic and the doormen were busy. The Pembroke restaurant staff are equally as hospitable and friendly! We look forward to see Michel, Alphonso, Aroldo, Adan, Peter, Sophia, and Max again! Food is great as well, they are willing to adapt ingredients for your culinary preferences. The location stands out - right in Dupont Circle is ideal. The rooms are small, but cozy and of quality. Overall I recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff were exceptional! I was greeted at the front door by Paul escorted to the front desk, checked into my room early and all of my needs were taken care of until I left.

Thank you for being our lifeline—giving us your personal card at checkout graciously offering help if “we ever come back and need something,” answering our call on your personal cell from the card you provided (esp after being on hold with the hotel for 44 minutes (you were our lifeline!) and as we were boarding planes, you confirmed our game plan proactively thinking to call security at night, looking throughout hotel for a beeping device before it ran out of charge, offering to scour security cameras to retrace steps, and using your and Mr. Bloom’s superpowers to find and overnight the laptop and iPad left behind at the hotel in the bellman closet where we stored our luggage a few hours before departing and then, discovered it was missing as we boarding the plane. It all came together for good thanks to “Cortez and Michael’s superpowers.” You both truly saved our sanity with professionalism and expeditious responses, and executing action. To some, it may seem like a found device but it is my sister’s entire solo business Thank you for bringing your A game and super capes to the DuPont Hotel.

Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room, good desk. Very good bed. Nice amenities, wonderful towels. Be sure you understand how to blind the room. Rated rooms lower because of the half open bathroom and complex blinding system.
