About the Hotel

Fantastic staff who make stay so special.
Stayed in the Dupont Circle for 4 nights from July14th 2025. I booked through Private Upgrades and was immediately upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival , that was excellent and was a great start to the holiday. But what really stood out was the staff at the hotel, they went over and above to make our stay so special and so memorable. Tom the restaurant and bar manager could not do enough for us , a gentleman, brilliant at his job and so friendly. Michael the concierge, Michelle in the restaurant and Johan at the front door all made us feel like the Dupont was so special and they were delighted to have us there. A great hotel in a great location, I would highly recomend.

Great Property, Great Team. Had the best sleep ever!! These team knows the true Hospitality. Going to name few, Mr Cortez , Diana and entire team is amazing. Cortez is deal maker, problem solver. He knows how to take care of guests and different situations With lovely smiling face. Team is alway smiling full of 5 star hospitality curtesy . Welcoming all the time whether it is early AM’s, Afternoons or late night hours . Very well maintained property . Keep up the great work.

The DuPont Circle was recommended by Rebecca Good with AEI and I am so glad I took her advice! It was perfect! So conveniently located, the staff was so kind and helpful, everything was pristine, great bar, lovely beds and sheets, and there were all sorts of small touches that made my stay pleasant (chocolates and waters by the beds at turn down, complimentary ear buds and bars in the gym, etc etc.). I’m so glad I followed Rebecca’s recommendation!

This hotel has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent 5 star service. Front desk team super awesome ,above the par. Very nicely efficiently managed by great management team. Even one day i ran in to the CEO of this large management group on my way out by the main entrance as he was trying to leave at the same time. OMG so super humble leadership on top, i think that’s the reason it’s like that all the way from top down. I mean bellmen / valet team hats off to all of them. I used to be titanium level member at an other hotel chain, but i stayed at this very first time in Jan 2025, and after that i came few times but same level of 5 star consistent hospitality.🫡
