About the Hotel

Excellent stay in DC.
First stay here for over seven years and the hotel was every bit as good as I remembered. Location is great, very close to Dupont Circle subway station in a nice neighbourhood. I arrived just after mid day and was able to check in early which was much appreciated. The receptionist advised me that the available room had a smaller bathroom than the one I had booked but it was still very spacious and perfect for my needs. A big, comfortable bed in a clean, modern room. A huge TV too. Complimentary bottles of water and a couple of small chocolates in the room were a nice touch. An excellent experience overall.

Our First Stay at The Dupont Circle
We stayed at the Dupont Circle hotel for a week. Everything was perfect. We had two suites at the start of our trip then only needed one and Kevin upgraded us to the Park View Suite. All the rooms were clean, well laid out and very comfortable. The staff was always welcoming, friendly and always available to help with any questions or requests. We felt at home and so welcome. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the valets, the front desk to all staff at both the Pembroke and the Doyle were always friendly, helpful and quick. I would stay there again!

Convenient and comfortable
A beautiful hotel that’s close to the metro and many restaurants. Our room was a little small but very comfortable with nice beds and shower. Staff is extremely nice and helpful- they bring ice and water in the evening. You will hear street noise a bit as it’s a busier area. Their restaurant(Pembroke) is good as well as the Doyle bar. Valet parking. Would stay here again

The best customer service
Husband and I stayed here early August. What a wonderful property. Beautiful room, the staff are top notch, great location, close to subway. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a special one. John, the concierge, went above and beyond when he helped me obtain a pack of menthol cigarettes, which you cannot purchase in DC. He knew a cab driver waiting at the hotel was going to Dulles airport and asked if he’d stop on the way and get them for me. When my husband and I returned from dinner, they were in our room on the night stand. This is a story I’ll tell over and over again. Check in staff were accommodating in finding us a room after we arrived rather early. I was planning on just storing our luggage, but they came through. Bar staff very attentive. The hotel makes the guest its top priority!

We had a wonderful experience. The room was top notch and the location was great. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend The DuPont Circle.
