Valet brought me my vehicle smoking a cigarette and he dropped cigarette ash in my car. Contacted management and they never contacted me back.

We had a wonderful family brunch while visiting the cherry blossoms! Very attentive staff and delicious food! Easy to access the Warf to walk right from the restaurant.

It’s nice enough but there are issues that are not to be expected at this price point. WiFi sucks, goes in and , tv didn’t work issues with outlets. And the amenity fee lets talk about that, what amenities? The spa with no appointments open and no sauna or any spa experience or the spa employees who say, I’m calling my manage but he won’t answer the phone ? Amenity fee is a joke. After being down here and seeing the Pendry I’d choose them it’s much more chic and has real amenities and a full fledged spa with AMENITIES and you can actually get an appointment. There is more to luxury than the price and location. This property needs work.
