Great staff, average hotel
Excellent and friendly staff, but the hotel itself seems to be showing its age. The bathroom door to my room appeared to be warped as it would take a good yank to get it open. The bathtub faucet was not flush with the wall. There were no electrical outlets on the desk (there were outlets on the wall below the desk). In addition there was no clock in the room. None of these issues were a big deal, but surprising for a high end hotel.

Dinner at Lady Madison
We went to the Lady Madison and had a great dinner after exploring the city. Chef David prepared our food to perfection and Abdul took great care of us. He was personable and made the experience fun after a busy day.

Late Dinner
We had an exceptional late dinner this evening with Abdul. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The restaurant was a bit empty and the bar was lively. Service was quick and as ordered. I’ll definitely visit again while in DC.
