We had a wonderful stay at The Salamander. The property itself is beautiful and maintained throughout. Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. We also enjoyed the lovely room and views, which made our stay feel special.

This hotel provides truly wonderful service from start to finish. The valet was quick, rooms were immaculate, and dining staff were extremely attentive. They offer top-tier support for business meetings, handling every detail flawlessly. Every employee was professional and welcoming. If you need comfort and superior service, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Hotel exceeded our expectations. New, clean and great location close to all attractions and wharf district. Would definitely come back again.

Hotel was nice, clean, and located well. Food let something to be desired, I think they have a lot of guests so maybe get a little numb. Jen at the front desk was amazing. Filep in valet was very caring and made positive imprint on my stay. I would rate the hotel 4.5 staff 4.25 if more staff was like Jen and Filep this score would be 5.

Not up to the standards of our stay at previously booked luxury link hotels. No in room coffee bar, no mini bar, blamed everything on Covid, and they were a new hotel, we would not stay there again. Definitely not 5 star, location good, no ice maker you had to call for it.
