Excellent quiet clean hotel
Very pleased with our stay for a few nights this week. The clean rooms and the quiet nature of the hotel we really great. Just what we needed. Loved the fact that the front desk clerks were all very helpful and we just came and went without any issues. Also the key cards worked flawlessly for the 2 days which was also much appreciated. The gym needs some TLC, some of the equip was broken and out of order.

Extraordinary even in Sofitel standards
Comfortable and welcoming. Amenities are well stocked and facilities well maintained. Service is definitely top notch and above the average Sofitel level. Kudos to Constance and Jerusalem for super friendly and attentive. Will surely come back!

Comfort, Grace, and WONDERFUL Tea!!
I chose the Sofitel as a Federal worker attending a training event. The Sofitel offers pure bliss, in the form of an absolutely delicious night’s rest! It was within walking distance of the White House and the Old Ebbitt Grill. Even the doorman, Drew, was a picture of radiant grace and hospitality. It’s a WINNER!!!

Great location, lovely hotel
Great location - close to the sights with plenty of restaurants. Lovely hotel; rooms were larger than expected and well appointed. Comfortable. Super friendly staff, including Drew our bellman!

Close to the White House
The location is as close as you would find to the main attractions in DC. 5 minute walk to the White House, and 10 mins avg bus ride to any of the national museums. The facility gears more towards a business hotel than a resort. Overnight parking rate is pricey. Room is well maintained and decorated, though the appliances are not modern. Good linen.
