Welcoming and warm
I had an excellent stay at the Thompson. The staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, especially the bellman, Million, that helped me with all of my luggage! I will definitely be staying at this hotel the next time I travel to DC!

Thompson DC has got all you need
Great location 4 minutes walk from subway station, great customer service, great breakfast, no complaints about my room everything working perfectly, 100% clean, easy check in/out. Leisure or business, one of the smoothest stays we had in over a year. We would go back and recommend to everyone.

Go see Mr. Million
It was such a GREAT experience and hope that you meet Mr. Million at the front for bellman service. He works so hard to be kind, fair, professional, passionate and energetic for the guests. He makes you feel good. He is the FACE of this hotel. He also had Yaby who was also supporting the effort to make the guest feel welcomes. He is learning and they work well together. Hotel and management is on point and quite kind, intelligent and great delivery of services with AWSEOMENES.

Coolest hotel in DC
I had an incredible stay at the Thompson Washington D.C. The hospitality here is truly top-notch and made my trip so much more memorable. A huge thank you to Ryan at the front desk for such a smooth check-in and for being so helpful throughout my stay. I also want to give a shoutout to Samuel from the security team; his friendly made me feel very safe and welcome from the moment I arrived. The bar scene was a definite highlight! Special thanks to Kevin, LV, and Lena for the amazing service and even better drinks. They really know how to create a great vibe and make you feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for great style and even better service.
