Enjoyed our stay
We were so excited to stay 4 nights at The Watergate Hotel while visiting our son during the peak bloom of cherry blossom season. The hotel is lovely, and the history is super intriguing. Make sure you tour the Scandal Room. Our stay got off to a rocky start, due to a series of small mishaps, and one very big issue with how our credit card was charged. After 3 days of erroneous charges, Da'ron Crosby and Joanna dug deep and figured out the credit card problem. After correcting their system, Da'ron took extra steps to make things right for us. We finally felt like we were in a 5 Star hotel! We were very grateful for their collective effort to sort things out! If you stay at The Watergate and have the opportunity to meet these hard working, friendly front desk people, your stay will be better for it.

Wedding Anniversary
Overall I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities. There were two issues: 1) there was a loud construction banging happening right above my room. After almost an hour or two of loud banging, I contacted the front desk then the noise shortly stopped after my call. 2: there toilet had a slight leak over night which stopped after I woke up.

Staff are the best
Sami and Kaya were the best - always cheerful and helpful. 🩷 Quick turnaround for shirts and suits was a lifesaver. Wish we stayed here the last few times but glad we made it for graduation, our last visit to DC.🥲

Great Experience
Kiya ftont desk was amazing sooo helpful solved an inconvenience I had very kind friendly and sent a very thoughtful gift to my son for graduation made a huge difference on our stay!! Also all staff friendly good food good rooms. Definitely coming back!!
