Lovely tea, and even lovelier service
My mom and I savored a lovely afternoon tea at the Willard for her birthday. The cozy tea room and delicious tea were special, but Deepak’s service stood out. He was so very kind, attentive, and shared his deep knowledge of tea. He went out of his way to make sure that my mother was comfortable and made it such a memorable experience.

Luxury and Warm Hospitality . The Willard Never Disappoints!
Nov. 8th Every time I visit The Willard, it feels less like staying at a hotel and more like being surrounded by friends. From the moment I arrived, Jack at the front desk greeted me by name and made me feel right at home. He made sure my I was taken care of, adding that personal touch that makes all the difference. Jack, you are phenomenal! The room was an absolute delight. Beautifully upgraded with a view of the Washington Monument. The room had vibrant colors that created such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had just the right pressure. It is the little things that make a big difference. And with two full, well-appointed bathrooms, it felt like a luxury retreat. Dining at Café du Parc was just as enjoyable. The plates were warm, and the food was bursting with flavor, as always. And I have to mention Ali. Thank you so much for the personalized card and thoughtful fruit basket. It is those special touches that truly set The Willard apart. This is, without a doubt, the best place to stay in DC. Every visit is a reminder of why I keep coming back. It is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Fall Weekend In DC
As a Diamond Member with IHG my family chose the Intercontinental Willard for a fall weekend in DC. The rooms were very comfortable with nice views of the Washington Monument. The staff encountered were pleasant and helpful. We ate at the on-site restaurant Café du Parc and got amazing service from Martin. We are looking forward to our next trip in December.
