10/10 recommended breakfasy with a view
This is a wonderful place to eat. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Ive been here no less than 10 times. JP is my favorite server and makes me feel like royalty every time. I went for my birthday breakfast today!!! Food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. Bring your clients here to impress, your dates to romance, and your friends to have fun 10/10 recommend. Ask for JP and treat him well for me :)

A magical experience at Christmastime
The Willard is always beautifully decorated and magical for the Holidays. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The afternoon tea experience is always fabulous with excellent service. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, though I was surprised the beds did not seem to have a mattress pillow topper as found at all other Intercontinentals we’ve stayed in. The only slight negative was that there were a few signs of wear in the room such as chipped paint and some wood loose in cabinetry, but this is understandable considering the age of the hotel. Other than that, the condition was excellent for such an old building.

Amazing service with flavory breakfast
Cafe Du Parc was a nice surprise, we went just for regular breakfast and we were thrilled with the service and the flavors of the food. Juan Pablo treated us like royalty, it can't get better than this. Thank you!

Ladies Holiday Tea
The atmosphere was relaxing and spirited with Christmas just what we needed. The hosts were accommodating. The tea and selections were good but the service with Deepak enhanced the experience.

Outstanding High Tea at The Willard
Exceptionally fine experience, exceptionally fine service at the Willard High Tea seating. Our knowledgeable server was Deepak, who made the experience enjoyable far beyond expectation. I hope to make this an annual event.
