Fall Weekend In DC
As a Diamond Member with IHG my family chose the Intercontinental Willard for a fall weekend in DC. The rooms were very comfortable with nice views of the Washington Monument. The staff encountered were pleasant and helpful. We ate at the on-site restaurant Café du Parc and got amazing service from Martin. We are looking forward to our next trip in December.

IHG WILLARD in Washington DC whose GM is Mr Markus Platzer should be the Prototype for ALL IHG Properties. The Property is phenomenal, the service superb. The location breathtaking. Please note you step outside and look to the right; The White House is glistening in ALL its magnificence; In addition, you are steps away from the Lincoln, Washington Monuments as well as the African American Museum.. IHG WILLARD is the place to be my only qualm they need a Restaurant like Capital Grille to make it 6 Stars..

Tea Time at The Willard IC - an A+ Event!
Such an enjoyable time was spent at Tea Time at the Willard InterContinental Washington DC on Friday Oct 17. This was a mother-daughter event and was a highlight of our time in DC. The setting was beautiful and the harpist’s music was delightful. The tea itself was the best tea I have ever had and the accompanying food was delicious. What I also noted was the gracious service. Deepak was our server and he was outstanding. I highly recommend Tea Time at the Willard InterContinental!
