Great staff, great hotel. The rooms are nice but need more lighting and there is no storage for clothing. I had to live out of my suitcase for 4 days.

The hotel is well situated for site seeing, the reception staff are friendly and if you have a question, they are more than happy to help. The room was spacious, bed comfie, and tele was huge. The cleaners came in everyday and did a lovely job. The reason for the 3 stars is because we were out in a room for hearing impaired people and it was cleverly located over the speakers for the very loud music downstairs. There was no way the hotel was full so whoever allocates the rooms, the feedback would be to allocate these rooms last! I know other people have commented the same and had I have realised there wasn’t a first floor, when we were checked in, I would have asked to switch rooms.l before we unpacked and settled in. As we had come from the UK and were so tired, by the time the music was cranked up, neither of us had the energy to get up. It didn’t stop us from sleeping, but I’d say it might for some and was not very relaxing after long days out. Given the previous feedback, the hotel are clearly already aware so the reason I comment, is so future guests are aware ahead. We were room 223. It was louder over the weekend where they had a DJ set . We were also unaware of the $15 allowance as we weren’t given any information, found out on the last day that the room info is actually on the tele. The rooms were well equipped with a safe, decent toiletries. The air con in the room is effective, noisy when it goes off, sounds like you have a metro station below you! But again as our room was for the hearing impaired, maybe it’s assumed the guests wouldn’t hear it! (We don’t have hearing problems!) If we weren’t in this room, this probably wouldn’t have been a 5*. The bagel place in the hotel was a gem.

Love this hotel! The style, the design, it looks like a movie, the play of lights gives you a different experience. The restaurant food and service 10000/10!

Loved water taps and reusable bottles in room. Breakfast was good and loved nondairy yogurt option. Heater was quiet. Pleasant stay overall

Great hotel! Check in was very pleasant and the customer service given by Jesselle was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful and her customer service was phenomenal…. Nice to see in this day and age. Highly recommend.
