Saddlebrook Resort

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful from the valet to the front desk. The concierge went above and beyond to assist with our dinner reservations. The dining staff at RARE 1981 was very professional, attentive and accommodating with our party that included a 1 and 3 year old. The ambiance was warm and inviting and the food was delicious.

Saddlebrook is definitely headed in the right direction. The room renovation project turned out great! The pool has never looked better. The core staff of Ken, Winnie, Loraina, Ben, and Kyle were outstanding. They are each incredibly friendly really understand how to maximize the guest experience. The new coffee shop and remodeled restaurant (RARE 1981) are great too!

Saddlebrook was a fantastic location for our family vacation. It had everything we were looking for in our vacation. Multiple golf courses, 3 bedroom suite (with comfortable beds) to accommodate our large family, an amazing pool area to lounge and relax. The food options were great! Their restaurant, Rare 1981, had amazing farm-to-table offerings. Everything we ordered was exceptional! The bar and food options at the pool were delicious as well. The breakfast cafe was a great morning routine for us to get all the coffee, lattes, etc. The staff were so nice! It was an easy check in and check out process. No complaints at all (well, there were 2 days chilly weather...not Saddlebrook's fault). We plan to make this location a yearly vacation spot!

My family has been part of the Saddlebrook family for over 50 years. We have been there through all of the growth and expansion. The new ownership has made some great steps in their renovation of the entire resort but still has much more to do before they are done. The staff is still superb in relation to customer service and always being available when a need arises. The pool bar staff-Lorena and Ben - go above and beyond to keep guests happy! They are both veteran Saddlebrook employees and valuable to the resort. Winnie on the pool food service side is also a top tier service provider and a longtime Saddlebrook employee. These three are essential for keeping the guests happy and smiling. There is still much to be done to update the remainder of the resort but we will definitely continue our relationship with Saddlebrook. It is my entire family’s home-away-from-home. It has greatly improved from our last visit in Spring of 2025 and we are expecting it to take more positive steps forward between now and our next visits in 2026.
