Wonderful return stay! We chose Saddlebrook Resort over local competitors where I easily could have used my loyalty points, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—the security gate staff even greeted my husband and me with cold bottles of water, which was amazing on such a hot day.The entire experience was smooth, including a seamless check-in and an incredible suite upgrade. The guestroom itself was immaculately clean. When we returned later that evening, the overnight valet team went completely above and beyond by personally making sure we and our bags were transported right to our door. Huge thanks to Samantha, Lorenzo, the valet team, and that wonderful overnight staff member for the exceptional hospitality!

Wow! We have been coming to Saddlebrook for over 20 years. We have experienced the resort with all the changes, both good and bad. This year we decided to come and stay for 2 weeks to allow our three boys to do golf and tennis camps. We were amazed at the incredible changes the resort has gone through over the last 18 months ( which was our last visit). The rooms were completely renovated- from ceiling to floor. All new kitchen appliances, furniture and lighting. We were in Block 4 and while here, the laundry room was being upgraded with new floors and machines. Another incredible change were the customer service. The cleaning department, especially a shout out to Melissa, who took care of us while here. She made sure everything was perfect for us, changing towels and beddings as often as we needed. Also, the buggy service was great. Given the rain and the long walks to the lakeside tennis courts, the boys could take rides on the golf cart service. This was wonderful. The pool and pool bar had a major transformation too!! All new sun lounges and umbrellas. The restaurant, GOAT, inside the main lobby was our main dining place while we were here. The brisket nachos were to DIE for! A great menu that suited all three boys and my husband and I. There is also a coffee shop in the main lobby but closes at 11am. Overall, the experience over the past few weeks has been far better than I could have expected. My husband mentioned it felt like the “old Saddlebrook” when he came as a child some 30 years ago. It was nice to see our boys here as the next generation.

a beautiful unassuming resort that we never knew was there. all the staff from the front desk, valet and restaurant were exceptional. Looking forward to utilizing the spa when we return in October.

We stayed at Saddlebrook Resort for one night and had a very enjoyable experience. The recent renovations have made a noticeable difference, and the updated rooms were comfortable, modern, and well-appointed. The resort grounds are lovely, and despite being conveniently located, it feels tucked away enough to provide a true vacation getaway atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the pool area. The DJ created a fun and relaxing vibe, and it was a great place to unwind. The golf facilities were also impressive and added to the overall resort experience. The coffee shop was a standout, with friendly staff and fast service, making it an easy stop to start the day. We also dined at GOAT. While it was fine, both the food and service were just average. Overall, Saddlebrook has done a great job with the renovations. It's an attractive, easy-to-navigate property that offers a relaxing escape with solid amenities. We would definitely consider staying again and trying the spa next time!
