Excellent Business Meeting at Saddlebrook
Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities following Saddlebrook's major renovation. Throughout the property, the staff was friendly, engaging, and seemed to genuinely care. We'll be back!

Saddlebrook is a lovely walking resort just north of Tampa. The room that I had was really a two bedroom two bath apartment with a kitchen full living room. And because I was there for a group event, we got a discounted price. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the service was very attentive. Because it’s a walking resort parking is remote unless you want to use valet at $30 aday. The shuttles to and from your vehicle are at least every 15 minutes. And you will see golf carts with Saddlebrook staff driving around to pick up if you are in need of a lift to and from your room or any area on the premises. It is a lovely location to have your event or stay and have a few relaxing days.

Outstanding Tennis Program, Hotel Needs Improvement
Our stay was a mix of excellent and disappointing experiences. The adult and junior tennis programs were outstanding. The coaches were highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated, and they exceeded our expectations. The quality of the tennis instruction was the highlight of our stay. However, we believe the hotel could provide a much better guest experience. There were several kitchen utensils missing, our room was not cleaned on one day of our stay, and even when housekeeping did clean the room, the bed was not always made properly. With improvements in housekeeping and guest services, the overall experience would better match the outstanding quality of the tennis programs.

I had to adapt
Super but the valet services were a little expensive seeing as we were made to park a mile away if we didn't use valet and ride a bus to the hotel. That is a bit much when I use a wheelchairs as I am 100% disabled veteran. Also my room did not have wheelchairs access. Room 629. Thank you.

Great experience. Y
Just had a great experience at the resort. Our room was an easy walk to the main area and fitness center. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was spotless. There was a functional kitchen and a lovely patio. The best part of my stay was Alyssa. When I couldn’t get a golf cart to get my luggage, she got a cart, took several of us to get our luggage, carried the luggage out , carried it in to the resort , and then helped with check out. She did everything with a smile.
