Black mold and rude front desk.
My suite/room was old! The lights were out in one of the bathrooms, the rooms was so dark, the coffee maker didn't work (we requested a new one but they never brought it), the microwave was unplugged and we found that its because it just starts beeping and wont stop. The AC unit leaked and flooded my room, when I looked in the AC closet there was black mold all over the walls. I had to get moved but it was a huge ordeal that took all day to resolve. I was moved into a nicer room but it was a deluxe and had no kitchen. There was a snake in one of the banquet rooms we were in. The air didn't work in several of the rooms we were in. The lady at the front desk, Nancy was VERY rude!

Great stay! Loving the renovations and upgrade! Everything is beautiful! Golf was great and I loved the new coffee shop!

Overall experience
Resort is being renovated....feels like you are going back in time to the 90s. Once complete I'm sure it will be a destination.

Do not hold an event here
I am part of the event planning for my company and we were promised enough rooms (one year out) and renovated/clean rooms. We got neither.

overall great stay
Even with renovations, the room we had was nice. The Valet was fast and welcoming. The food provided for our conference was a great variety and delicious.
