Fun, magical Christmas.
We loved the atmosphere and the attention to detail that was given by the staff. We loved the concierge which made our stay a little more special. The shuttle service was great and allowed us the freedom to travel with our family throughout the town. The restaurant takeout was delicious as was the room service for breakfast in the morning. Can’t wait for another stay.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past 6 years and truly enjoy the unique charm this very unique hotel offers. The rooms are very clean, roomy and comfortable with handy trolly, van service to restaurants and casino. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. It is one of the most impressive atriums anywhere!

The Most Wonderful NYE!
This was our 2nd NYE at West Baden, and it did not disappoint! In fact, I would say it wowed us even more than the last time! We stayed in an atrium balcony room--ooh la la! Great temp control, very comfortable and quite large! We dined at the Sinclair for dinner and breakfast--so very delicious! We did room service dinner to watch IU whip 'Bama, and it was so yummy! Every single staff member is thoughtful, kind, and oh so helpful. Check-in, despite thousands checking in, was so fast! This hotel and area are one to surely visit in one's lifetime...maybe even two if you are lucky! We plan to return for the 2027 ring-in! PS, it was a beautiful drive to West Baden from Indy.
