Very relaxing stay, staff was all so kind and considerate. Enjoyed the hotel, but was at a busy conference and didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amenities; I will be back though!

We travel to Whistler a lot - maybe 30 nights a year, in winter and summer, and for well over a decade. 95% of the time, we choose the Fairmont Chateau Whistler as it has a slightly superior location and a big resort feel, done very well. After this last weekend, our perception has changed and we will be changing our favourite Whistler hotel to the Four Seasons. It all started with an amazing experience with Oda, who is the Assistant Manager. She took the extra time to assist me and my family and it made our stay super memorable for Mother’s Day. Thank you. Since our last stay, the Four Seasons Whistler has had a 180 degree turnaround in its delivery of luxury, with outstanding and professional service. The lights are brighter in the hallways, the spa feels just as special and calm as before, and the outside patio area with fire pits creates an inviting and warm atmosphere. It is magical. We also loved our room as it was spacious and recently updated. For true luxury in Whistler and absolutely the best level of service and decadence, the Four Seasons Whistler has no compare and is a better overall experience.

Stayed for a conference and two days of skiing, it was one of the best stays in a long time. For me it was the service of the crew from top to bottom. I would definitely come back

I am not exaggerating when I say that this really is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the property, staff to hotel, facilities and rooms are exceptional! I have never met staff so attentive and helpful regardless of what they were doing. Everyone from the concierges, to the reception staff to the waiters and waitresses go out of their way to make sure you are well looked after. Even before we got there, the concierge helped us sort out ski passes, instructors and equipment. The property is great. The facilities are up to date, well looked after, with great touches like the ski concierge. The restaurants are excellent. The pool, spa and fitness centre are great. Love the peloton bikes in the gym! Our room was superb. Best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Quiet air conditioning. Great products. The Four Seasons have become my favourite hotel chain. Looking forward to my next stay particularly to the Whistler resort!
