Earlier this month my family, of which there are many, stayed at the Sonesta for a family members wedding. I must say a special Thank You to Mohammed at the front desk who helped us with many problems/issues/dilemmas always going out of his way to do so. I also want to thank Mr. Dwight and the bar staff who helped us celebrate my nieces 30th birthday. In addition, the rooms were perfect as was the morning staff in the restaurant. Great place to stay!

Mohammad was such a great at check-in. He was so kind and gave me a nice room on the newly renovated 12th floor. Every time I came in and out of the hotel I was greeted with his wonderful smile and was asked if I needed anything. Sonesta is very lucky to have a person like Mohammad working there. I travel a lot for business and after staying at hundreds of hotels, it’s delightful to see someone so kind! The rooms were wonderful and brand new. The food was spectacular as well.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta in White Plains. I took my mother for a Mother's Day getaway weekend and we got the opportunity to stay at the recently renovated rooms... it did not disappoint. Thank you Mohammed for the top notch customer service! Additionally, thank you for the complimentary late check-out time :)

We had a great stay at Sonesta White Plains! Mohammed was exceptionally helpful at check-in, and we had my son’s dog with us and they made sure he had everything he needed to be comfortable. We got to stay in one of the newly-renovated rooms and it was nicely done and very comfortable. We had the continental breakfast for the two days we were there and it was great. The last morning was Mothers Day and they had a couple of special offerings which were very nice. Our server, Melvin was exceptionally sweet to us. We got mimosas and she brought a fancy glass of apple juice for the 5-year-old so she could “cheers” with us. So thoughtful and friendly! Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in White Plains!

If I could give more stars, I would… The front desk staff, more specifically, Mohammad, provided the best service I’ve had in a very long time, and I travel regularly for work. Our room was spotless and looked to be new, the whole atmosphere of this hotel was pleasing and made for a comfortable trip.
