50th Wedding Anniversary Trip with Family to Europe
Quality beds for all - we had two rooms that connected including a 1BR suite. Best stay we had in 13 nights on our Europe trip - basically we had 2BR, a LR, and 2.5 baths. Service was attentive from time we got out of our car. We got GOH (Guest of Honor) free breakfast and it was top quality and great with the prices in Zurich for meals.

Good stay, Great Location!!
Hotel is modern and crisp, but not a personal vibe. Felt like it is ready for a refresh. We had a smoker next to our room for both nights, could smell smoke very STRONG in hallway- thank goodness not in our room. But it made the stay a bit of a downer, we smelled it EVERY time we came and left. I really dislike cigarette smoke. For price we paid, I expect smoke free interiors. Want to give a shout out to Hana, our server in the Parkhaus Restaurant, she was so kind and personable! Also to Deo and Kris, our bellhops- they made our leaving easier with 6 rolling bags of luggage!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent Hotel Walking Distance from Old Town Zurich
Luxurious hotel walking distance to old town Zurich. Spacious and clean room with an amazing shower and tub. We arrived in the room and they had sleepers and a stuffed animal for my son. They also came to the room and brought him some treats (chocolates and cupcakes) which made him feel special. Everyone working at the front desk and outside are very friendly and always willing to assist with everything. Breakfast is not included so if you dont want to eat at the hotel there's a grocery store and bakeries walking distance.
