The AC in this hotel doesn’t function! You can set up the thermostat to a low temperature but the fans don’t work properly and the rooms are very hot. For a $700/night I didn’t expect the proposed solution of bringing me a portable air fan to the room, similar to the ones I got when I was backpacking in Thailand 30 years ago. The reception manager Claudia didn’t think that this is a problem because this is the way it was originally designed and built. Will not be coming back.

Almost a perfect stay. The hotel is comfortable and a great locations. The rooms are nice, if a little dated. The staff is where the 4 stars comes from. The breakfast staff was unbelievably good - top notch, and well deserving of praise. The concierge team, particularly Jens Maier were so helpful - our stay and activities were probably twice as enjoyable as they would have been otherwise. The front desk staff was very good and helpful; however, as a Hyatt Globalist I was told there were no upgrades available unless I paid 500 euro/night. I was able to see I could book a standard suite on the app at check-in for my stay, so I knew I was not receiving a published benefit that was available. That tainted the otherwise perfect experience.

The most amazing hotel. Great hospitality and service!! The hotel was modern and classic. It was close to city center. The staff was so kind and helpful always asking to help me.

Staff should be more polite while talking to guests. Hotel is nice, location is good. Room service is average to poor.
