HarbourView Inn

The visit was perfect from start to finish. They prepped me with an advance phone call making sure that if I had any questions that they stand by to answer any before my arrival. I was greeted quickly by the bellhop staff and quickly transferred our luggage. I was taken up to registration where Alex happily explained all the wonderful amenities we should expect…..nice beverage whenever we would like some sangria, wine and cheese from 5-6, cookies and milk 9-10pm and delicious morning breakfast to order and delivered wherever we wished to dine. In the mean time, the room was wonderful, bed was nicest of any hotel I have stayed, and the roof top patio has wonderful views. I look forward to making arrangements there for my next trip.

We had an amazing experience at HarbourView Inn. We have stayed at many luxury hotels all over the United States and this one was the best. The exposed stone and plaster walls, the chandelier, and the high ceilings gave the room an authentic historic feel. Our kids loved the free candy in the lobby, the cheese and crackers in the evening, and the milk and cookies before bed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. If we go back to Charleston this will definitely be the hotel we choose to stay at. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our recent couples trip to Charleston. The hotel is tucked away on a peaceful street with harbor views but still just a short walk from Charleston’s top restaurants and shopping. Our room was bright, spacious, and inviting, and I really appreciated all the amenities the hotel offered. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and conveniently delivered to our room at our chosen time, simply by leaving an order form outside the door. The evening wine and cheese reception was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, which was a great spot to unwind with a book and some fresh air. The complimentary bikes made it easy and fun to see more of the city. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Charleston

We were there last week and absolutely loved the hotel and staff. We arrived early in the morning and we were checked in within an hour. The hotel is in a fabulous location, with the harbor across the street and free bus access to everything, also right across the street. I only have one complaint, and that is the closet space. There is an armoire in the room with such small space to hang clothes that I couldn’t hang them all. Drawer space is also too small. An ironing board is on one side, which limits the already small hanging space. Other than that, the hotel is perfect!

Second visit and again in didn’t disappoint. Rooms are great. Staff is great. Location is superior, walk everywhere. We’ll be back again next year. We arrived early and had no problem checking in. At 5 we had the complimentary wine and cheese bar. After coming back from dinner they had cookies and milk, Ed declined after a few cocktails 😊. Up at 8 and had the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room. What more can I say, my wife and I love this place Almost forgot we got a complimentary bottle of champagne
