Weekend in Charleston
If you’re looking for a nice hotel that centrally located this is the hotel. The customer service was beyond great. Everyone was super nice. When we arrived they upgraded us to one of their premier rooms. When we needed a late checkout they accommodated it by giving us an even later check out time which was nice. At night time they have chocolate chip cookies waiting for us in the lobby. The only negative was our room had a slight musty smell, but this is an older building so maybe that is to be expected. We just went out and bought an air fresher.

Wow, five star hotel
A truly unique and eclectic hotel. The hospitality and service was superb. It certainly made it a special birthday getaway. Fantastic artwork throughout the hotel.

Great Experience!
Great staff! Great location! Great accommodations! Room was nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Lots of extra perks - Prosecco on check in, cookies in the pm, mimosas in the am with chocolate covered strawberries! Will definitely return.
