Reviews for The Pitcher Inn

Amazing Inn

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The Pitcher Inn is our go-to place in New England. This was our third stay although our last stay was 15 years ago. We cannot say enough the Inn. It is elegant, charming, friendly and just the perfect place to kick-back for a few days. Tracks, the casual restaurant, was very good. We did not eat at the main dining room this time. Breakfasts were different each day and wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff - in particular, Jeffrey, Mehnaz, Heather and the general manager (whose name I do not recall). All of them were amazingly helpful and fun to deal with. As with our previous stays, the Pitcher Inn was great. And, don’t miss the Warren Store across the street. It has great great sandwiches and pastries.

Winter at the Pitcher Inn

Everything about the Pitcher Inn was exquisite! The food and service were perfect. The rooms in the inn are updated beautifully. Can't say enough nice things about the staff - It is obvious that they have been well trained to take the finest care of its guests. Highly recommend!

Relais Chateau worthy and then some

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 months ago

I felt as if I was being welcomed into a family. Granted the first week in January is an amazing time to get a lot of attention but my friend and I felt the warmth would be there even with a crowd. The people who work at the Pitcher are fun, funny, focused on delivering every guest a special experience. This is not an inexpensive experience but fully worth the price. I had a working fireplace in my room. I was blown away the let me use it. —with some help. I will return.

A "must not miss" Vermont Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 months ago

Second time as guests here, and this place is just, SO special! The building itself is historical and charming (as is the general store across the way). It's exceptionally maintained and immaculate in cleanliness. Friendly and engaging staff, completely helpful in every way. Each room has a special story and the details are unique but also luxurious, but also, a true Vermont feel! A beautiful area, with tons of hiking/snowshoeing/skiing/ or just sightseeing covered bridges and the beauty of Vermont. A true favorite! :)

What a lovely and friendly spot to visit. The Pitcher Inn offers comfy beds, clean rooms and friendly folks! Great touches like local art throughout and fresh flowers only add to the ambience! We enjoyed our stay here and can’t tell you how incredible the dinner and breakfasts were too! Visit this small, quaint spot if you can Thank you to Brooks, Heather and Jim for making us feel so welcome
