Nice stay at Leela
Konamma was very nice and professional and I will come back again at Leela. Foood and services were excellent. All people were nice at the restaurant. I enjoyed the pool , the spa and fitness center. I enjoy having my favorite fruit kiwi and mangoes.

Short but very sweet stay
Great Hotel and great facilities. Was a very short but sweet stay. Shower facilities were very good and good amenities as well. Wish i had more time to review the spa but seemed all great. Staff are super attentive and very kind. Special thanks to konamma for helping me.

Exceptional service
Was passing through Mumbai for a night and this hotel had been on my radar for a while, booked an executive room with complimentary airport transfers, I arrived on a domestic flight and was greeted at the gate by one representative, another was strategically placed at another exist just in case I missed them, then a third as backup - it felt like a VIP escort through the airport. Time to the hotel is only about five minutes drive, exceptional service from all staff, lovely selection of food in the Royal Club lounge and comparatively very good value for money. Definitely staying here again next time I am in Mumbai

Impeccable service
I have stayed here several times and always found the comfort and service exceptional. I wanted to make a special mention of Butler Hrishikesh Shubham Avhad, who took extra special care of my elderly disabled parents. He also arranged a breakfast delivery to our room on Saturday 8th March as we left the hotel early morning to catch an early flight back to the UK.
