Banyan Tree Phuket

This hotel and its commitment to service did not disappoint! It's an oasis of calm, with fabulous attention to detail. All the staff are attentive and treated us with respect. This was especially so after we experienced a hiccup with our pool. Earn, together with his reception staff, quickly, efficiently and without any fuss upgraded us to a fabulous suite, delivered a bottle of sparkling wine, and solved my jewellery issue in the kindest, most charming way. It made a potentially upsetting experience a joy and it was all done while we ate our breakfast. We were looked after splendidly. It's our second time in a Banyan Tree hotel and we'll definitely explore their other hotels for our next holiday. Thank you, my husband and I appreciated our beautiful stay with you all.

Returning to Banyan Tree Laguna after some time and many previous visits, we were still happy and pleased, basically with everything. The villas are maintained at top quality and the whole location is in top shape. Service in general is as expected for such a location and small problems were solved immediately and very satisfactory. Check-in and -out smooth and without any problems, transportation from airport and back very good, by the way, booking was excellently handled. We enjoyed our visit very much. Breakfast buffet enormous and with huge variety, the two main restaurants (Thai and international excellent) and the service in general at a very high and friendly standard. If Banyan Tree looks for improvement, than only Wlan coverage and inhouse app which is not able to show daily consumption. But it did not harm in any way our stay.

やはりエステが素晴らしかったです。施術するお部屋も素敵だし、南国情緒も相まって特別な空間でした。施術してくれたJARIYAさんはとてもチャーミングな方でした。とても気持ちよかったです。肩も軽くなりました。

Desde nuestra llegada, Phoom fue un anfitrión excepcional: atento, cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo el personal se destacó por su amabilidad, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos cada día y en cada interacción. Las instalaciones del hotel están impecablemente cuidadas, lo que demuestra una gran atención al detalle. Es una opción fantástica para hospedarse, ideal si buscas tranquilidad y un ambiente relajante. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Tino 너무 친절해요! 덕분에 잘 쉬다가 갑니다 Tino는 본인의 영업시간이 아닌데도 불구하고 지속적으로 메신저를 통해 리조트 생활에 대해 도움을 주려고 노력해주었습니다. 다양한 배려로 늦은 비행 시간에 맞춰 늦은 체크아웃까지... 그리고 벨데스크 직원분들도 너무 친절합니다 리셉션은 많이 분주해보입니다. 더블풀빌라 로비가 따로 있지만 운영되지 않는 모습.. 정말 다양한 새들과 식물들 청솔모 곤충들을 보고 감탄하고 갑니다. 코모도 드래곤 아가를 두번이나 봤지만 공격성이 전혀 없고 오히려 사람을 피해 도망다니는 모습... 지내는 내내 행복했습니다
