The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

After having spent 4 nights in Ritz al wadi, we were very curous, how it would be in the sister hotel at the beach. In terms of qualityof the hotel, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room there was no difference to Al wadi. We even felt, that the villa was mor cosy in Al Hamra. Again we came as guests and left as friends. We felt very sorry to say goodbye to all the very professional and friendly staff. A reason to come back. thanks do everybody

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The place was spacious, very clean, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we were looking for. One of the highlights was the private pool, which was spotless and perfect for unwinding in peace. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Sophian and Sandeep. Their friendly and attentive service truly made our stay even more enjoyable and made us love the place even more. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway. We’re already looking forward to visiting again

Had a lovely lunch at Shorehouse. They offer a great business lunch deal, which I’ve enjoyed many times with friends. The menu is always nice, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and even remember us each time. We only missed the sea view on the opposite side, but it was lovely to see the newly extended beach. This is our second visit to this hotel and all we can say is we definitely will be back, we arrived late evening and from the moment we booked into reception the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with your own garden and plunge pool from your room you can walk down to the beach and the lifeguards will see you coming and will sort out sun-beds and water and drinks if required for you. The room staff that attended keeping inside and outside our room twice a day were very helpful and attentive to detail and always ask if anything more was required. I have saved the best to last The staff in the shorehouse restaurant are some of the most likeable people we have met in our travels Deepu, Arun, Rani , Tun, Siad,Jais and all the staff in the restaurant. Went beyond our expectations for service we felt as if we were being served by friends we have booked a return stay over in November from our trip from Thailand. Our only regret is that we have not found this wonderful hotel sooner.
