Enchantment Resort

The resort was lovely and the views were breathtaking. Food at the restaurants - especially Che ah Chi - was excellent. The biggest downside to the resort itself is probably the physical distance from town - it is impossible to get any sort of Uber (or similar) service so any trips into town for errands or dinner, etc. require having to drive yourself. We made it work but we were not expecting that limitation. The most disappointing part of our stay was that the service we received from the spa personnel at Mii Amo was rather disappointing. We had appointments cancelled on us that had been booked for weeks the night before our scheduled services and when Claudia (front desk) asked us if anyone had spoken to us about what had happened and we explained the circumstance to her, her response was "I'm sorry I asked." Then when we were escorted into the ladies' locker room and amenities area, there was no one there to check us in or give us a tour - we had to wander around looking for someone to help us. We found someone who was cleaning and she checked us in. Marie, the "Journey Guide" eventually showed up but was not there consistently during our stay. It was not what I expected for this caliber of a spa/resort.

What a beautiful spot. Our first time to Sedona and we never left the resort. It was our own world. The views and atmosphere awesome. The king casita has great bedding wonderful huge towels. Nespresso coffee. Very comfortable with a view from patio.

The 1-BR Suite Casita was outstanding - well appointed, great bed, and the view from the private porch was breathtaking! The staff were always attentive and helpful, as you'd expect at a resort of this caliber. My only complaint was notable - for 4 hours one evening, there was a private event with an outdoor concert that we could hear very well from our casita a half-mile away. This was not the serenity and peacefulness that the resort advertises.

Great location, other than that, not too happy. Our 2 queen bed quasita was very small for the amount of money we paid. The website does not have photos. Staff are very friendly. Nothing is included (not even breakfast). There is absolutely no cell service and the WiFi is extremely bad. No value for money.

Our stay at Enchantment was unforgettable. The setting alone — tucked into Boynton Canyon with panoramic red rock views — is worth the trip, but it’s the experience that truly elevates it. The service was thoughtful and warm without ever feeling overbearing. We loved starting the day with hikes right from the property, relaxing at the beautiful pool, and unwinding in the canyon-side spa. Mii amo is pure serenity. The spa treatments were exceptional — deeply relaxing and expertly delivered — and the canyon setting adds a sense of grounding you just can’t replicate. The pool area was calm, beautiful, and never crowded, with breathtaking views in every direction. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge in Sedona. Dinner at Che Ah Chi was a highlight, and even just sitting on our casita patio felt like a luxury. Everything was seamless, peaceful, and inspiring — we can’t wait to return.
