Sea Wall Notification
We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our Alaia Belize Resort. Starting on May 1st to November 1st, 2024, Alaia is constructing a new sea wall which will enrich our luxury resort experience, creating an expanded pristine beach with over 800ft of ocean frontage. Husband's last of 50's bday getaway
From the first impression we were welcomed with top genuine hospitality! We truly enjoyed our extended stay for 9 days! The staff was caring and friendly as we could tell they wanted us to be there. The facility was spotless-clean and well cared for daily. The location was very convenient to the water taxi terminal and local sundries. The parking area was very convenient for the golf carts parking. The front desk with Crystal and Eric and the heart of the house staff: Adrian, Tyron, Chris, Ernestina, Henry, Maria and Maria Galiona all were very hospitable and amazing! We are sending relatives back in late May and mid-June 2025 to experience this same memorable stay at the Alaia hotel Belize as we had a Belizeable experience.

Filthy rooms
We just got back and we were very disappointed in our room. Booked a two bedroom, two bath room in the Reef House. The shower in the master bath was filthy and full of mold. Even the woodwork was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Not what you expect from an expensive, Autograph collection hotel. We complained and they offered us one free night as an apology. They gave us $400 versus the $675 per night we paid and said we should be happy. We were there 7 nights and only could use one of the two showers we paid for.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to the amazing staff. Eric especially stood out — he greeted us warmly and personally walked us to our room. Anytime we needed anything, he made sure we were taken care of right away. He truly went above and beyond, and definitely deserves a raise!

Our stay at Alaia
Alaia Resort was amazing and relaxing! Eric took great care of us. Our room was out of this world and had so much space for just the two of us. The food was a little pricey and overall amazing. We will definitely be coming back to Alaia and San Pedro, Belize

Great Staff - Nice Property
Great property! Well maintained, nice pool, and location. Staff was great! Shout out to Eric Mendez, a wonderful front door / desk / property host. Amazing attitude and work ethic - warm and friendly. Jomar - Akeil - and tattoo lady at upstairs bar were excellent as well!!!
