Le Meridien Arlington

I want to do a special call out to David Giroux, F&B Director. I haven;t seen tight management of a dining room like that in a very long time. A professional of the highest order - he knew my needs before I did, truly. Wish there were more like him - thank you, David!!

This hotel is a gem. It has a fantastic location for visiting Washington, DC. Just a couple of blocks from the hotel is a major metro station (Rosslyn), which is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. The Blue, Orange, and Silver lines pass through the station, connecting Washington in minutes and also directly connecting to DCA and IDA; it couldn't be better. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and beautiful. The hotel itself is very modern, ​​spotlessly clean, with indirect music playing in the hallways and elevators, and a great atmosphere throughout. The staff is very welcoming and proactive. In our case, the icing on the cake was Miss Jemia, who with exquisite service, provided us crucial logistical support during our stay. The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom, and the towels are high-quality. The beds and pillows are excellent. A 55 inch TV with impressive quality. Large windows with curtains that allow the room to be completely darkened. The entrance door to the room is super solid, not the light doors of today. In short, it provides a pleasant and enjoyable stay. You have to take two elevators to enter the hotel, but the access is very well signposted so you won't get lost. Very importantly, to access the reception desk (which is on the fourth floor) you use the building's elevators from building lobby, but to access the rooms you have to use other elevators that can only be activated with the room key, which adds a much-appreciated level of security. The room doesn't have a mini-Frigidaire, but once the guest becomes familiar with access to the ice machine on the 12th floor and fills the room's cooler, the mini-Frigidaire won't be missed. There are grocery stores about a 10 minutes walk away and a Sunoco gas station about 5 minutes away with a well-stocked convenience store. In brief, if you're traveling to Washington or to Arlington on a budget but want exceptional quality, Le Meridien is the smart choice.

People first! JeMia was the best!! Checked me in and made me feel supernaturally favored! My first trip. The room was perfect! The view with two churches across the way was gorgeous. Bed and pillows super comfy! AC worked great! Wesley and Christopher made for a great front of the house team. Plan for parking garage which is next to front entrance. Find hotel elevator, proceed to 4th floor. They help from there. Open Road has great nachos!Nice and quiet for the weekend in Roslyn/Arlington.

Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Good location for walking distance to the Key bridge and Metro. A few different options to get food nearby. Nice view of the Potomac river and Georgetown and surrounding area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
