Welcoming, stylish oasis in great location
The Hotel Britomart is simply the most gorgeous hotel to stay in, in Auckland. It is perfectly located in the stylish Britomart precinct, close to most things you'll need. I've stayed a few times now as I love it so much and the service has been consistent and fabulous. Kingi food is delicious and the Libraries is nice and private for an after-work drink. The rooms are so comfortable and thought out and very very cool, as in fabulous.

Best reception!
Lovely modern hotel with a location that we could easily walk to restaurants, the harbor, stores etc. The staff that works receptions went above and beyond to be of assistance. From explaining everything in our room, to recommending which flavor ice cream to try at the local shop, and running up to our room with a new key when they realized our old one would t work since we were staying past check out. What a nice experience.

Amazing!!
Sosososososo good! The bed is devine and the rooms are stunning. Staff are incredible, amazing customer service skills, super friendly. Went out of their way to drop something left for us up to our room while we were out despite us expecting it to only be left at the reception. We loved our stay!
