A great place to stay
High quality hotel in a very desirable location close to the quay and many restaurants. The staff were very willing and helpful . The in-house restaurant was very convenient.

Exceeded our expectations
We (husband, toddler and myself) celebrated our elopement in one of the Landing Suites over the weekend. We pre booked an elopement package plus an additional night with Aditya, to really enjoy our stay. From enquiry, check in to check out we were taken care of like never before. Reception was so accomodating to any and all requests, we utilised valet service to make transit easier. Valet and concierge managed our belongings with so much care and attention, we even forgot items in our car, valet retrieved these items with no delay or problem. Check in was seamless and even made sure we were welcomed and shown how to use all the functions in the room. We were reminded of turn down service (We’ve never had that before so didn’t know what it was). We arrived to some yummy rose and little treats by Ciaran and just couldn’t have been topped. We were given so much support on the day of our elopement, the events team were ready to go and so helpful I almost didn’t notice them coming and going with food and clean up it was seamless. Rochelle from reception helped print my vows last minute that I even used the welcome cards for the hotel I have already framed at home to remember them by. Food was so yummy we enjoyed cake and wine by the fire pit, breakfast was served in our suite to enjoy, on one occasion my best friend and I enjoyed the BEST tiramisu in the city while waiting for our valet to arrive it was just perfection. Check out was as consistent as check in. We were taken care of right up to packing our car and departing. We left with a candle to remind us of the scent of the wedding and just relive it every time I burn it. We really couldn’t fault this hotel ( we have already scheduled an anniversary stay and a little stay cay at the end of the year) Thank you so much Aditya, Ciaran, Tayla, Rochelle, the two beautiful Valet/Reception staff we didn’t catch their names, Chefs, Anthony & all we didn’t get names of. Our wedding was made so much more special because of your efforts!

Excellent location . Beautiful calming comfortable boutique accomodation. Love Kingi bar for evening drinks and perfect for breakfast . Great staff, friendly and helpful.

A luxe treat
An amazing stay and a real treat. We took up the Art weekend package and it did not disappoint . The staff were incredible and perfectly complimented the stylish, contemporary interiors. The hotel was comfort luxe at its best . Would highly recommend .
