Stunner in Auckland
Check in - fast and efficient. Assisted from the taxi with my bags. Room: Spacious, stunning. Separate bathroom, dressing room and powder room with a huge balcony. Everything was spotless and in good order. Room service: Great quality food. Meals were served in a timely manner. It was a bit cheaper than expected given the level of hotel. I've stayed in lesser hotels and paid way more. Could improve: AC was a bit annoying. Also, I wish you'd replace the water bottles when you clean the rooms in the morning. If you don't catch the turn-down service later you end up with no water bottles - annoying. Loved: Loved the living room area, nice space to hide away or sit with a group. Service there was very good. Only regret: Not getting a water view room - I'd highly recommend you pay the extra.

Great experience. Would highly recommend. Great food, staff, spa. Room was clean, modern and room service was fast and delicious. The hotel is well designed and has great views. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hotel again because one night was not enough.

If you are looking for a luxury experience this is the place. Unbelievable facilities and staff. Fantastic location. Couldn’t fault anything. Business, couples will be very impressed when you stay here. Would definitely recommend and will stay here whenever I am in Auckland.

Perfect Hotel Perfect Location.
A modern hotel with a spaciousness lobby and internal open areas. Lifts are positioned so they are not a noise issue to rooms. I really appreciated the room layout. Having a powder room (toilet) separate from the generous bathroom was well thought out. The walk in wardrobe was generous with plenty of hanging space. We enjoyed all 3 restaurants and frequented the bar each evening for a pre dinner drink. Staff were wonderful. We had a harbour view and access to nearby restaurants downtown Auckland was so easy. A very walkable position. Would stay here again.

best hotel in Auckland, go to when ever im staying in town, staff are great location as good as it gets and the rooms are so spacious great if you have a baby like we did or need somewhere to work. breakfast is as good as anywhere in the world and best cocktails
