Amazing stay, but no free internet?
I love staying here. The team members always go above and beyond to aid me in anything I need. My only gripe is I would kill for some free internet, even if its slow and bad. I couldn't even get imessages in some parts of the hotel.

Best Place to Stay in Austin
I love this place, it's so convenient to everything around. My family usually stays here when visiting my son who goes to school at UT or when we are enjoying any of the UT sports. The food and atmosphere are second to none and the team there always finds a way to make me feel as if I am the most important person in front of them. Keep it up, we will always go back.

Warm and Welcoming
The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant! The rooms are clean, food delicious, beds are so comfortable, and I love the mini Nespresso machines. Fairmont Hotels are probably my favorite chain.

Overcharged and never refunded
This was, without question, the worst guest experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Despite repeated attempts to resolve a serious billing issue, I was completely ignored by Fairmont staff—specifically Cooper Isaacs at reception, who not only failed to reply to any of my follow-up emails but dismissed me in person, even as I stood there with my two-year-old daughter. I was overcharged $500 for parking I clearly did not use, despite having paid in advance for only the days I needed. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic human decency is staggering. This level of negligence and disregard for guests is unacceptable at any tier of hospitality—let alone from a brand that claims to be luxury. I will never stay at a Fairmont again and would strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.
