Conrad Bali

What an amazing experience it had been. Everything one would expect from the Conrad brand was delivered and more. Given my Hilton Diamond status additional perks like the Executive Lounge or Happy Hours on the main terrace were welcomed and pleasant little touches. Conrad Bali is not that far from the airport and we were able to schedule multiple daily excursions without any problems. Entire property is extremely well maintained and gorgeous - just the main view from lobby's terrace overlooking the pool in the evening is dazzling. Where property had a mixed type of crowd (adult couples, families, families with kids etc.) at no point place felt overcrowded and loud. We have scheduled couple of massage sessions which exceeded our expectations. Daily breakfast area is large with wide variety of offerings that will for sure address your needs and cravings. Dinning on premises throughout the day is also exceptional - on couple of nights we just spent evening on the main terrace ordering food/drinks which were delicious - big "thank you" goes to amazing Sukma and Nata for delivering each time a memorable experience and service. Overall big appreciation and thank you to all of the staff members who went above and beyond to address every whim and wham we may have had during our stay. Highly recommend and hope to wish to stay again as there are so many more places to discover over there.

Not only is this place super family friendly but it offers a lot more than just the resort holiday! Even though May is meant to be the warmer sunnier time of year for Bali, we experienced a little bit of rain the first few days - Conrad offered so much for us to do as a family but also as individuals on these gloomy days, that really made our experience a lot more enjoyable than we anticipated! From spa sessions to beautiful dinners and even kids options for entertainment - let’s not forget to mention the kids club! Prices are on perfect points! If you’re someone that wants to go for a little walk to find some of the local goods and service, Noosa Dua offer a lot of that! With Bali collection just down the road with a free shuttle from the hotel. There’s a lot I can say about the hotel! For something that’s over 20 years old (built in 2004) the renovations and everything in order to upkeep this place has been done so perfectly! The chefs and the staff for all meal times are always happy and ready to help! From bland white pasta for an Australian kid, to offering a little bit of spicy options for that same kid! Honestly we had so much fun giving our kids an opportunity to try new foods A coffee available also was perfect for someone like me from Melbourne! The best advice I can give you - don’t bring any floaty from home! There’s so much an offer here too at no cost compared to the other places that I’ve been in Bali! Every room offers a lot of opportunity from spectacular views to the perfect night sleep! I know I forgot on something but if I have to rate this place out of five it would be a 10! Till next time (which my wife now wants to come back in February… better start saving)

Our stay at Conrad Bali in May 2025 became a truly unforgettable memory. The property was beautifully maintained, and every staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and attentive. Even small issues were resolved quickly and with care, which left a lasting impression. The natural surroundings were stunning, making it a perfect place for peaceful relaxation. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area—it made our time there feel truly special. We were deeply touched by the hotel's thoughtful gesture in celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. It was heartfelt and sincerely appreciated. What made this trip even more special was the exceptional care provided by our curator, Chris. He was always considerate of our needs and circumstances, and on our last day, he kindly adjusted our check-out time to accommodate our flight schedule. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, we were able to enjoy a leisurely lunch before leaving, which made the final moments of our trip just as relaxing and memorable as the rest. Chris also gifted us an adorable Conrad monkey plush, a sweet surprise that will always remind us of this wonderful stay. Conrad Bali is more than just a place to stay— it’s a place filled with genuine hospitality that makes you want to return again and again. We look forward to our next visit, and the one after that.

Amazing service excellent people always smiling !! The complex was self sufficient!! The pools were amazing and the beach front is amazing!! Would love to go back on my own and lay in the pool sipping coconut water and eating wonderful food!! Hopefully will return to see the sunrises again!!!
