Peppers Seminyak

Excellent - the king sized beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Very clean rooms, serviced daily. Food & beverage very nice (we had a luxury escapes voucher which had slightly differing offerings to others but by no means a negative). Couldn't get friendlier staff, couldn't do enough. Some minor issues with TV but sorted out within the hour. Located well within the reach of restaurants, beach & shopping. Massages included to assist with relaxation. Swimming pool in villa well maintained & very welcomed after walking around in the humidity (but hey, it is Bali). It was our 40th wedding anniversary - flowers sent from management together with a lovely card, the usual towel arrangements.

Peppers Seminyak was a fabulous place to stay with our family of 4 grown up adults and their partners. We stayed in the 5 villa Presidential Pool Villa. Our villas were separated from each other but within the same enclosed area with a separate stunning pool and kitchen, dining lounge area. Our rooms were fantastic with semi-outdoor bathrooms in some villas. The staff were amazing and very friendly and would do everything to make your stay exceptional. Our family took advantage of the cooking class and we also had the in-villa barbecue. These were so much fun and allowed us to celebrate my husbands birthday (they even decorated the dining area!!). We loved our stay and I gave 4 stars only because of some minor details such the need for fresh bathroom glasses each day and greying colour of the white bath towels. Otherwise this was a perfect place to be with family. We will return as a family group in the future.

We stayed at Peppers Seminyak for a family birthday celebration, we were a group of four adults and two young children. The birthday decorations and cake were a lovely touch. The area is ideal for shopping and access to good restaurants. The villa was very comfortable and the swimming pool was brilliant for our needs. We stayed in a 4 BedPresidential Villa, which would be perfect for families with older children, however those with younger children should be aware that the actual bedrooms are not connected, we worked around it. Some of the furnishings could do with updating but overall we were happy with the villa. The mattress was extremely comfortable! The villa and its garden were well maintained by a team of cleaners and gardeners each day. Transportation through the vast grounds was provided by buggies driven by wonderful drivers such as Wi, Mohendra and Wera. The staff are beyond helpful and kind, it was a pleasure to see smiling faces in the restaurant, Yuni and Griyana especially. Cocktail hour was always a relaxing time and helped by the excellent service of the “Tinis,” Diantini and Astini. Putu and Agus provided a wonderful in villa barbcue experience for us. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Asih and Jo. We utilised the spa and were very happy with the services there. The kids club, while not as large as many resort clubs was handy a welcome diversion for our grandson while we were eating or having a drink. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we would not hesitate to recommend Peppers Seminyak, I hope that I will be able to return sometime in the future. Thank you to all who made our stay memorable.

Friendly and attentive staff make Peppers Seminyak a great place to stay. Everyday you are greeted with a smile from all. The amenities though not brand new are clean, well kept and serviced daily. All requests were met with enthusiasm and each afternoon the staff made you feel as though you were home. I’ll be recommending Peppers to anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak.

Great service, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere. One of the best resorts in Bali, highly recommended for families who want their own private villa and want hotel services at the same time. We will definitely consider staying at Peppers Seminyak again.
