W Bali- The place to be
It’s sad that today we will be checking out from such an amazing place but the memories we will bring surely will stay with us forever. At the time of checking in we enjoyed some great explanation of our drink at the lobby lounge followed by a rocking Sunday evening at Woo bar. We tried breakfast at both the restaurant and never felt any rush, Ms Septi was amazing and always greeted us with our name whenever we diner at Fire restaurant. Our room were always prepared with personalized messages and kudos to all housekeeping team for bringing smile to our kids faces, to name a few Riah, teddy, sumerto- hope I have managed to spell correctly. Poolbar team were amazing with Mr Don, Mr Dwi, Mr Kembar always serving with a smile. One of the highlight was the Indian food we had at pool bar cooked by a Balinese chef Putu, I bet to get that authenticity you literally have to be a perfectionist. Thank you W- Bali for leaving imprint, We definitely will come back to witness such genuine and caring hospitality.

We recently stayed here while in Bali. Let me start off by saying, I’m a Marriott Loyalist who knows brand’s standards with Platinum status. Before arrival, I was upgrade from base room to villa. Pros: outstanding service; plenty of golf carts to travel around the property; great food including breakfast buffet and Woo Bar ambiance; living space was large; great water pressure; plenty of mineral water given; Cons: property is showing aging, time to do minor maintenance upgrades; The service was the gold standard especially with a select group of individuals who made my stay extra special. Suya at check in, DK at the front entry made sure I had a golf cart after seeing I had trouble walking, DeDi at Fire breakfast remember my special order, Nila at Woo Bar remembered my name every time and made sure I was taking care of, Gita and Rou took care of me during dinner at Fire, and Bayu was always able to help with currency exchange. Overall, we were treated like royalty and will return.

Stunning sunsets and fantastic breakfast
We had a pleasure to spend one night in this great resort. The location is perfect right on the beach. The pool is huge and we enjoyed a stunning sunset with a cocktail from there. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in all my travels around South East Asia. Due to Platinum Bonvoy status, we got upgraded to a gorgeous pool villa and enjoyed many other perks from the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A clear recommendation for anyone wanting to spend time on one of the beaches on Bali.

Excellent visit to W Hotel in Bali
The hotel was excellent (if a little expensive for food and drinks). Very clean, stylish and comfortable. All restaurants and bars had great service and the staff were all exceptional (very friendly and knowledgeable). Special shout out to our driver Nauval who took us on a day trip to see various attractions - he was very professional and friendly!

Everything was great: food, cleaning, services and the personal. The events also were exceptional. Adi was very friendly and all the team, giving us a comfortable experience. If I came back here, I would choose this resort again for sure because everything was at superlative ❤️
