Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

Every time I visit Bangkok, I choose Kimpton Hotel. Grape is extremely nice. Whenever I have any problems, she is always very patient in helping me solve them. The hotel environment is very good. It is also a pet-friendly hotel. Every time I see cats and dogs downstairs, I feel particularly happy. Personally, I think this is the best hotel in Bangkok.

Kimpton Maalai เป็นหนึ่งในหลายโรงแรมที่รีบปล่อยโปรมาให้ Thai residents ลดห้องเริ่มต้นเหลือ 5480 ต่อคืน เลยเจอชาว IHG ย้ายบ้านมาอยู่คิมป์ตัน หยั่งกะวันรวมญาติ น่าจะช่วยพยุง service charge ให้ไปยืดอกอวดโรงแรมอื่นๆในกรุงเทพชั้นในได้อยู่ . ครั้งนี้เรามาอยู่ยาว เลยขอมารีวิวตามจริง (แบบโนสปอนเซอร์ พักเองจ่ายเองนักเลงพอ) ว่า Kimpton ยังน่ามา staycation อยู่ไหม?!? . 1. เราได้อัพเกรดห้อง 1 ระดับ ไปห้องพรีเมียม วิวสวน แต่แอบสืบมาว่าบางคนได้อัพไปถึงมาลัยสวีทเลย งานนี้ไม่ใช่แค่ status อย่างเดียว ต้องงัดแต้มบุญที่สั่งสมมา (กฎข้อแรก จงอย่าอิจฉาเพื่อน) 2. โปรแผ่นดินไหว ให้ส่วนลด outlet ต่างๆ 20 เปอ (แต่ลดแอลเฉพาะ Ruby เท่านั้น) รวมสปาด้วยนะ 3. อาหารเช้าดีเริส แบบไม่มีที่ติ เช่น มี Iberico แสนแพง, มี smoked fish นานาชนิด, มีเมนู chef’s special ในแต่ละวัน, มีน้ำมะพร้าวเผา (ที่ต้องช่วงชิงก่อนจะหมด), กาแฟ latter art สวยมากๆ, มีข้าวเหนียวมะม่วงเป็นเมนูลับ!! ต้องขอยืนปรบมือให้คุณเกมส์ F&B Manager และทีม ผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังความบียอนของทุก outlets 4. Social hour : cocktail อร่อย สลับเมนู วันคู่วันคี่ พีคตรงที่ได้เทควิวสุดอลังของ Bar yard ชั้น 40 แถมยังได้รู้จักเพื่อนใหม่ๆที่ชอบ staycation เหมือนกันด้วย 5. Wellness activity เป็นจุดสะดุดของ stay อยู่นิดนึง ตรงที่จะจองก่อน 1 เดือนก็ไม่ได้เพราะตารางไม่ออก พอจะจองก่อน 1 วันก็เต็ม แต้มบุญมีให้ได้เล่นอยู่แค่คลาสเดียวคือโยคะ ซึ่งครู Pana สอนดีม๊ากกก แต่พีลาทีส, มวยไทย เต็มหมดจ้า!! เสียใจ…ถ้าอ้วนขึ้น จะโทษว่าคลาสเต็มก่อนเลย 6. “Plant pal” ให้เลือกต้นไม้ไปตั้งในห้องได้ อันนี้ชอบมาก อยากให้รร.อื่นๆมีแบบนี้บ้าง 7. สระว่ายนำ้ ซาวน่า สตีม คือ เริสสส!! คนไทยเค้ากลัวดำกัน สเตย์นี้ สระ+คาบาน่า เป็นของเรา ไม่ต้องแย่งกัน . ใดๆคือ ช่วงนี้แหละเป็นนาทีทอง ช่วงที่โปรคุ้มๆออกมาเยอะมาก ทั้ง luxury & ultra luxury ลดโหดสุดตั้งแต่ผ่านพ้นโควิดมา ใครไหว เชิญเข้าวง staycation มากระจายรายได้ให้โรงแรมในกรุงเทพกัน

We had a perfect stay at the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. A special thank you to Tina, who took exceptional care of us during both check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond by helping us book a table at the hotel’s restaurant and arranging our taxi to the airport. Tina also provided us with all the essential information to make the most of our time in Bangkok, including great tips and recommendations for our visits around the city. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — the design, the atmosphere, and especially our room, which was simply beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Staff in every section are delightful from the door guys to reception I had a wonderful young lady who took care of me and explained how to get the most out of my stay . I think her name is Grape or similar to The room cleaners are so polite and friendly even folding my clothes when I leave them scattered around Breakfast room and there staff so willing to help to the smallest details Gym staff are more than happy with giving you some tips on correcting the mistakes that I make In general a very welcoming clean environment that caters for literally every man and his dog from every part of the world Yes i have stayed in the hotel before and it never disappoints Also wonderful is seeing the top managers of the hotel greeting people and getting stuck in when needed Look forward for more next stay in Your hotel

If you are looking at a hotel, that is not on a busy street, in a cozy neighborhood, yet only 5 minutes away by cab from all the big malls, relaxing with greenery on all sides, open lobby with granite finishes where the vibe is always buzzing, and people are always hanging out, than this is your hotel. I find myself looking forward to checking in and being greeted by Grape, Palm, and Titang, as they smile and greet you in unison! The tables at both the reception and concierge are made in an island format making them easy to walk up to. I must highlight one instance where I needed to move rooms, but had to leave for a meeting, and Titang personally oversaw the moving of all my unpacked items. Without fail, you cannot miss breakfast. I usually end up skipping lunch, as the spread at breakfast is so elaborate and delicious. Do not forget to ask for the baby coconut water from the coffee counter! There are not enough words to describe the concierge team, Oui, Ply, Ying, KL, and NON. I cannot count-the countless hours they have helped me plan my food, laundry, exercise, sightseeing, park visits, and live performances, I feel like they are my family taking care of me. Recently, on 30 minute notice, Ying organized a private tour of the grand palace, and Wat Arun for me! I was residing in the hotel during the earthquake, and while the whole city was in chaos, the concierge team stayed in touch with me personally via phone to inform me when it was safe to return to the hotel and the elevators were working. I don't know how they managed with the whole city in chaos. Another hidden gem of the hotel, is the world class gym with brand new equipment, with views of the park. I've had the luck of exercising with Fuji, Prana, and March, who are more invested into my workout than me. I randomly tried this hotel due the high ratings I saw online, and despite having stayed at most other 5 star properties in Bangkok over the past 10 years, this is my hotel of choice now, as I have returned here over 5 times for over 20 nights, as it checks all of the boxes mentioned above!
