Stayed at the Lancaster Bangkok for a short weekend getaway. Beautiful lobby and very spacious room, at a very convenient location. Just 15mins away from the famous MBK Centre and Siam Paragon. Staff is very friendly and offers world class customer service. I was served by Khun Nuchy, Fong and Bank. They offered a seamless check in and check out process and was very friendly. One of the best customer service I have experienced, hands down. I stayed in deluxe King and was very happy with the bathroom, which included a bath-tub. A very spacious room, can fit 2 people with ease. 24hr Room service is also available and the food is great too, whether from the Bar or the restaurant. They also have a spa of level 12, and at a very reasonable price, considered the facilities are very new and modern. Would COME BACK FOR SURE! Thank you again to Khun Nuchy, Khun Fong and Khun Bank. My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Lancaster Bangkok! We spent a total of 5 nights there while on vacation in Thailand. Folks greeting weary travels upon entering the hotel and the front desk staff who ensured your stay was nothing short of spectacular was much appreciated. The rooms were clean, well apportioned, and very comfortable enabling us to have restful nights. The food was excellent! The morning spread had such a diverse variety of foods which would appeal to the many worldwide travelers staying at the Lancaster Bangkok. The morning breakfast buffet contained a wide variety of foods, made to order dishes, while dining room staff ensured people enjoyed the meal. There were many amenities, from cafes, to a spa, and even a 12th floor pool overlooking Bangkok. We would like to mention one individual in particular, Mr. Khun Got, a consummate professional managing “The High Bar” on the 12th floor. At the end of the day, we found the drinks, food and stimulating conversation with Khun Got most appealing! Kuhn Got made our day as we enjoyed the magnificent night landscape of Bangkok. The Lancaster Bangkok is an excellent hotel whose staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable!

We had a fantastic stay at the Lancaster Hotel Bangkok. After a long journey, the family suite with a separate bedroom for the kids was a total lifesaver and gave us all the space we needed to properly relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, genuinely some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of high-quality, beautifully cooked food. Dining options at the hotel are definitely on the expensive side, especially breakfast, but that’s to be expected in a five-star hotel. We booked directly and got a deal that included breakfast, which made it excellent value. The only real downside was that the room itself felt a bit tired, especially the bathrooms. There were cracked tiles, stained marble, and broken hinges on the cupboard doors, so it might be time for an update. Hopefully, management will take that on board. One thing to be aware of is the location. It’s very central, which is great, but Petchaburi Road has some of the worst traffic I’ve ever seen. Getting a taxi or tuk tuk during the day was nearly impossible. Luckily, the MTR is nearby and makes getting around much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great service, great food, and the comfort we needed to recharge.

Jeab Aziz Bellman was very kind and handled all our luggage with care and he also took an amazing family picture that we will frame and keep as a long lasting memory. The hotel had a very refreshing drink on entry. Checkin process was very smooth. Stay was comfortable. Children loved the poolside and the tubs in the bathroom. Suite room felt compared to normal rooms, didn't like that. Overall a very positive experience.
