Located in the heart of one of Asia’s great metropolises, the Park Hyatt Bangkok can be found in one of the city’s most iconic buildings, drawing inspiration from local pagodas. The hotel offers a sophisticated feel with a calming presence to escape the frenetic pace of the Thai capital. The rooms are some of the largest in the city, and each is filled with minimalist décor.

A very satisfying stay with excellent staff and service. The location is wonderful and attached to the mall, which can make life really easy. The best feature was the breakfast, which had an exclusive menu for people who do not eat pork. The room size was good. The place is NOT family-friendly and very stingy with upgrades.

It was truly an amazing experience. The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable. I want to know where to get those pillows! All the staff, from reception, to restaurant, poolside, gym, bars, bellhops, were all very professional and friendly. The best experience I had with the staff was from the breakfast buffet. They were all very attentive and polite. One staff, Ruby, was especially outstanding. She even remembered how I liked my coffee after the first morning. Speaking of breakfast, my booking did not include breakfast but after having breakfast (paid 1300baht) on the first morning, I went every morning. It was so good! My meals for my trip revolved around how full I was from breakfast. The scrambled eggs, egg royal(eggs Benedict with caviar), shasuka, crepes and bread, and other baked goods are so good. And the fruits are so fresh and juicy. It forces me to end up having to skip lunch or have a very late light lunch. And the main reason for deciding to stay there was for the pool. And it did not disappoint. The view and the deck chairs and sunbed was all so nice and comfortable. I wished they had a more extensive cocktail menu for the poolside though. My only complain about the hotel is that there is so many sets of lifts at different part of the hotel. Some lifts goes from ground floor exit to the lobby. And some goes from lobby to the rooms above. Some goes to another part of the hotel which I do not know where it end up leading to. The directions on the wall is kinda small and hard to notice. I had to go up and down the lift because I went to the wrong set of lifts. I am looking forward to staying there again!

Genuinely don’t understand how anyone could possibly give this property anything less than a perfect score. This property was by far the best Hyatt we have ever stayed at. From status recognition (I am a globalist) to thoughtful gestures ( delivering hand written notes and snacks to our room for our recognition), room upgrade ( incredible breath taking views), BY FAR THE BEST BREAKFAST we’ve ever had at ANY hotel ( this place is not your “ mediocre “ complimentary hotel breakfast place. I can guarantee you that much. To staff that go above and beyond to make you feel like you are home away from home, showering you with sincere warmth and kindness that fills your heart, how can you not like this place ? The views from our room were spectacular, the pool was amazing, and all the staff member’s service was SUPERIOR. I want to give a special shout out to 3 individuals from this property: Piak, Nadia, Bump’s service. I have stayed at many luxury hotels in my life but these 3 individuals left me a memorable experience I’m taking back home with me. Anything less than a perfect score for this property makes 0 sense !

Best hotel in Bangkok for unparalled customer service, huge room size and quality amenities, overall luxurious stay experience, convenient location with plenty of shopping and food options nearby and connected to BTS station via shopping mall

I’ve stayed at the Park Hyatt three times in the last year. I like it because the location is good and the breakfast and facilities are top notch. When my employees travel to Bangkok, I will usually book them at the Park Hyatt as well. All of that almost came to an end, if not for Chota (front desk manager?) I was working at the glass topped table in my room, I leaned on the table top a little bit and the whole thing cracked in half. So in my mind, either a) the table was already damaged, as that amount of pressure should not have broken the glass or b) the table was poorly designed and extremely fragile. I was informed that I would be charged $6000baht for this. I would have happily paid if I felt that I was at fault, but I just did not think I did anything that was unreasonable or outside of what would be considered normal usage of a table. Anyways, Chota was kind and gracious, even though I was upset, and he pressed his management to waive the fee, which they ultimately did. While I have my concerns about the furniture now, and how swiftly and blindly the management here goes around charging for damages without hearing the full story. But I have no concerns about the staff, Chota in particular, who as the middleman, handled it like a pro. He has single handedly kept me a customer of this property.
