The St. Regis Bangkok

Coming back to St. Regis is like coming back home. The hotel provides me the peace of mind that everything will be taken care of in the way I prefer The staff that I admire their hard working is Bell Captain , Butler and House Keeping. They go into details in preparing the room and provide the service during my stay. I witnessed their professionalism and care to the guests during the earthquake time. The staff especially Khun Ed and Khun Teddy and their team worked tirelessly to make sure guests were well taken care of. I admire the passion in their work that makes St. Regis Bangkok stand out among other hotels and be the hotel of my choice at all times.

Bellissimo hotel, lussuoso, pulito, centrale. Le stanze sono molto grandi e ben arredate. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto di fruttta come gesto di benvenuto. La domenica è possibile fare il brunch presso il ristorante ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Lo consigliamo!

The St. Regis Bangkok is undeniably gorgeous—dark wood, Asian art, skyline views, and rooms so large they could qualify for their own postal code. I received a multi-level suite upgrade thanks to Bonvoy Ambassador Elite status, and the final room had a luxe mini-kitchen, a DJ-quality stereo system, and sweeping views of the city. Elite happy hour includes rotating amuse-bouches and cocktails (no lounge, but this more than compensates). Breakfast here is legendary—over a dozen stations and staff bring the dishes to your table so you’re not stuck in buffet traffic. Add in barista-made coffee and it’s the best breakfast experience I’ve had at any hotel, full stop. The champagne sabrage at sunset on the rooftop veranda? Absolutely sublime. One of those “is-this-my-life?” moments. Service, however, is inconsistent. While the butlers were gracious, there were delays and miscommunications. A stained sheet and some cleanliness lapses were offset by kind management who made it right (thank you, Paris!). I also encountered a cold front at the front desk when extending my stay—thankfully a supervisor stepped in. The concierge booked me a tour but forgot I’m vegetarian—cue last-minute itinerary changes. The spa is appropriately aesthetic but has a men’s locker room so tiny it felt like an afterthought, and seems to thrive on medi-spa type treatments. Overall, this is a spectacular hotel with flashes of five-star brilliance, but there are some cracks in the service. Would I return? Absolutely—but I’ll keep my expectations in check and my Bonvoy app ready.

Room was so spacious and clean. We’ve had a good quality sleep. Comfortable bed made us fall asleep within few minutes. Professional and very helpful team members. The St. Regis was the first stay during our 3-week Thailand trip. This is truly a 5 start hotel and gave us a great start to our trip. Service the staff at The St Regis is one of the best we have met through all our travels. They made us feel special. - The bell men and concierge were very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help or answer questions. Ton and Eed were very nice to us. - Reception: Mimi and the other ladies at the reception desk were also very helpful. They were so kind to set up a nice welcome amenity for my wife’s birthday. - Buffet: excellent staff, they were very polite and gave excellent service. the hostesses were extremely friendly, the servers and support staff at each station were efficient and polite. Win and Sar were a couple of the names I can remember, I wish I could name a couple more people that we met. - Butler service: Cindy and Nisa were on point answering messages right away and ready to help. - Managers: we met one of the managers, Sofia, and were very impressed. She was very nice and sincere. She really wanted to know how our stay was and get feedback on how they were doing and how they could improve. - Great view: room glass walls allow for an open pleasant view. During the day you can see the Golf course in front of the hotel and at night the city lights. - Good location: close to attractions and next to the train station. So convenient that there is a bridge connection. You walk out of the train, go through the bridge and you are inside the hotel. - Food: Quality and taste of the food at their buffet and restaurants were excellent. Some of the best we have tasted. - Facilities and rooms: clean, spacious and elegant. Thank you St Regis for a wonderful stay.
