Most delightful stay since a while
The hotel and the whole staff been extremely professional and competent. So thankful for the stay here. Our grand suite was overwhelming beautiful. Big thanks also to roberto who managed to bring us to our taxi with all the luggages as there was a bicicle tournament and no taxis where able to park infront the hotel for our departureday. Happy to come back soon. Thank

Can’t seem to contact you to ask basic questions prior to our stay with you.this is quite disappointing to say the least. Please let me know how to reach you from another country. Not sure how to get you as I have had no response when writing by email and you don’t seem to have what’s app.

Great!
We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The hotel staff took a great care of us, especially Oscar and Geordi. The breakfast was especially good and my husband enjoyed the sushi. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to get wherever we wanted in the city easily. We could walk to all of the main tourist attractions. If you’re going to Barcelona, I’d recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The room (junior suite) we were in was very comfortable and the hotel's location is very suitable for tourists who are looking for complete comfort and away from the noises…….like it so much and I will come back to it again surely…………………………..

All my requests were fulfilled
Definitely 5-star. Excellent service from the front door, to the front desk, concierge, restaurants, and room service. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of omelets. Five types of milk were available. Concierge gave us great advice for getting to city sites.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the Hotel Claris in Barcelona and enjoyed every minute of it...The staff went out of their way to tend to our every need. The service they showed far surpassed the service I have experienced at many five-star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel!
