The One Barcelona

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April. This hotel is very modern and clean, with an exclusive and intimate vibe. We particularly liked eating at their rooftop bar. It’s in a great location, from which we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially at the Concierge desk. The staff really displayed their professionalism and dedication when the nationwide power outage struck on April 28. There was no electricity, no phone service, no Internet and for a long time, no one had any information about what was happening. There were rumors circulating about a major cyberattack, terrorist event and even World War III. Guests trying to check in and check out were filling up the lobby and public areas of the hotel as people were advised that the airport was closed and to stay off the streets. THE STAFF DID A PHENOMENAL JOB KEEPING EVERYONE COMFORTABLE AND SAFE, WITH A DEMEANOR OF CALMNESS AND GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY! As darkness fell, the hotel made a wonderful effort trying to serve what food and beverages they could provide without power, and escorting guests up and down dark hallways and stairwells with battery-operated lights. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at The One Barcelona was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room layout was unique and thoughtfully designed—different from the standard hotel setup, but in the best possible way. We absolutely loved it. Another standout feature was the excellent sound insulation in the room, which made our stay even more relaxing and peaceful. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Service throughout our stay was consistently quick, efficient, and professional, making us feel genuinely well taken care of without ever needing to ask twice. Breakfast was another highlight. The à la carte offerings were top-notch, with fresh, high-quality options that made every morning feel like a treat. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we could complain about. The One Barcelona exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We booked through the Visa Infinite program which gave us USD$25 credit and free breakfast. The hotel was nice enough to give us access to our room early and gave us a slight upgrade to a Classic Barcelona Room (Room 209). The bathroom was quite big with a heating rack to dry your clothes and an ottoman to put your stuff. Bed was comfy and we could see the street below. Very good soundproofing All the staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Really convenient and good hotel if you are trying to tackle the tourist attractions.

Wow my love and me had such a calming and beautiful massage & spa afternoon with Aida & Silvia. It was truly blissful and they took such good care of us. We were completely rejuvenated afterwards and felt so peaceful. Our bodies were completely relaxed. Thank you again so much for this amazing experience!!!! The whole spa was a place of tranquility and complete surrender.❤️

The One is perfectly located for the best Barcelona sights...steps to Passeig de Gracia, you can visit Gaudi sights within minutes...steps to the best shopping and food Barcelona has to offer. Plus The One has great amenities like a Michelin star restaurant, a rooftop pool, sauna and spa services. Will definitely recommend!
