Muss man erlebt haben
Von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise, alles war top. Sogar in der Bar war für uns ein Platz reserviert und danach wurden wir abgeholt zum Essen. Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen ein Erlebnis. Auch das Buffet am Morgen liess keine Wünsche offen. Bravo.

Memorable hotel
We loved and admired everything about this hotel. The staff was exemplary, the room lovely, and the food delicious. The destination restaurant in the hotel, the Michelin 3 star Cheval Blanc, is, truly, a destination restaurant…imaginative, creative, delicious, and the service was simply superb. But the hotel’s other restaurant, the Brasserie was also superb …for breakfast as well as dinner…just not quite at the aspirational level of Cheval. Which is as it should be. They are doing different things. The food in the bar is also very good…with as good a BLT as one might want.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Epitome of the Swiss hotel. Beautiful views and walking distance to most things. Morning walks along the river are a great way to start the day. The food in the hotel is exceptional. The bar is a great place to meet or unwind at the end of the day.

Hotel absolutamente excecional, merecendo totalmente sua classificação de 5 estrelas, Hotel histórico e muito bonito com serviço verdadeiramente. A localização é excelente Luxo antigo de primeira classe no mundo moderno com um grande cenário no rio e perto do Mittlere Brücke. Este é um grande hotel clássico com níveis excecionais de conforto e serviço. Foi uma estadia perfeita - o quarto era espaçoso, a vista era linda, todo Staff era muito gentil e sempre pronto para ajudar. A comida no restaurante Cheval Blanc Blanc é excecional e tivemos uma noite encantadora (3 estrelas Micheline) do hotel era extraordinária, absolutamente incrível. O bar e a brasserie também foram fantásticos.
