Grand Hyatt Beijing

The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from major historic sites, with easy access to the metro and taxis for exploring the entire city. It's very quiet for being so well located. As Globalists, we truly appreciated the elevated experience. The complimentary breakfast and evening Happy Hour in the lounge were both outstanding, offering a delicious and relaxing way to start and end each day. I was also able to use a Suite Upgrade Award, and the suite we received was spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s newly renovated gym and indoor pool are top-tier—modern, large, and impeccably maintained. We made good use of both during our extended stay. The concierge team was also excellent, helping us secure a hard-to-get dinner reservation with ease. The real highlight, though, remains the unbeatable location—there’s so much to see, do, and eat just steps from the hotel’s front door. We would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Beijing to anyone visiting the city, whether it’s your first time or a return trip. It’s a luxurious, welcoming base from which to explore everything Beijing has to offer.

Excellent experience staying at Grand Hyatt Beijing! we stayed for 4 nights, staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast at Grand Club has a good varieties of offerings, very satisfying stay! The concierge staff was very helpful in planning out our excursion trips making our trip to Beijing memorable!

The customer service at Grand Hyatt Beijing was the best I've experienced. Una, Cecilia, just to name a few.. I have a 14 months old baby with me and they were super accommodating to my request and the staff were playing with me baby and all. Excellent hotel, I will certainly go back to Geand Hyatt again when I'm next at Beijing.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the concierge team, especially Cecilia, for making our stay in Beijing truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived at the airport until our departure, Cecilia and her colleagues took care of every detail of our trip. They arranged tours to all the famous sights, including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and the Summer Palace. Even restaurant reservations during our excursions were perfectly planned. Despite our frequent changes in plans throughout the trip, the concierge team responded promptly and helped us every time, which made our journey so much smoother. On our last day, Cecilia even came to see us off at the car before we left for the airport and surprised our children with thoughtful gifts. Our family travels often, but this was by far the best trip we have ever had, thanks to the incredible service and personal attention we received. Thank you so much to Cecilia and the entire concierge team!

Stayed in this hotel in March 2025 and it was a disappointing experience. There was no recognition on my Globalist status and no room upgrade while studio suites were widely available. Called hotel two days earlier on my early arrival but had to wait for one hour to be able to get a room after arriving at hotel at 2pm. This is an old property and rooms need desperate renovation and only the lobby maintained pretty well. Don't recommend it to loyal Hyatt customers.
