A luxury stay
Very well looked after from the moment of arrival until we were dropped off by one of the hotel cars at the airport. Stunning rooms, excellent breakfast, lovely rooftop bar. All staff ready to help. Peninsula Time late checkout for a direct booking was an added bonus!

The Peninsula Hotel is perfect
This is probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Service, food, staff were all perfect. We had books on our night tables and hotel bookmarks were even left there. The hotel’s location is very central- close to Tiananmen Square & The Forbidden City, the very picturesque Houhai Lake and the hutongs, and major shopping street- Wangfujing. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant that our guide took us to, right across the street from the hotel. It should be noted that the stores in the hotel and surrounding area are high end designer stores. I don’t know what the prices were like as we didn’t have time to visit. It should be mentioned that in the suite is a sort of iPad which you use to order hotel services. It was great! Also, curtains and lights are controlled by control panels throughout the suite.

Fantastic check in experience
We had an excellent check-in experience. Our numerous asks were attended to satisfactorily by the front desk and concierge staff. Even our pre check in enquiries and asks were taken care of with quality service attitude. Kudos to Amber, Alan and Mukden for your attentiveness!

Elegant Hotel - The Peninsula Beijing
One of the best hotel in Beijing with great hospitality rendered during my 2 nights stayed at The Peninsula Beijing. Hotel established & in operation for many years but hardware are very well kept and maintained. Staff members are attentive to guests needs. Breakfast spread superb, quality food. F&B team are attentive to details. You will never see the service staffs stand still but proactively serving guests. Had a good and comfortable stay. Kudos to the hotel team!
