The St. Regis Beijing

The lobby of St Regis Beijing is spacious and grand. Upon walking in, we get the scent of St Regis and the warm welcome from the service staffs. Check in process was prompt and smooth. The room size is adequate, although it looks slightly dated, but it is comfortable enough for 2 of us. We had buffet breakfast and the spread was fantastic. We also ordered in room dining and food was great. Overall the service is the best point of St Regis Beijing and we enjoyed our stay very much.

During my recent business trip to Beijing, I stayed at a suite in The St. Regis Beijing. While the property maintains commendable upkeep for a hotel built in 1997, with refurbished components including toilet seats and shower systems, certain areas exhibited signs of aging infrastructure, notably occasional switch contact issues caused by prolonged usage. The check-in experience fell short of expectations: no staff was available at the entrance to assist with vehicle arrival or luggage handling, and the sole front desk agent displayed insufficient proficiency in handling procedures, resulting in process congestion. Post-check-in orientation also lacked guidance on elevator access and breakfast facilities. However, the concierge team delivered exceptional service, particularly deserving recognition for Mr. Li Yang(Lean Li), Ms. Yi Jiaqian(Jasmine Yi), and Mr. Zhao Shengqiang(Parker Zhao) for their thorough facility introduction and efficient room service coordination. Notably, the property's signature hot spring facility presented a distinctive wellness amenity. 这次去北京出差入住瑞吉酒店的套房，房间对于一个1997年的酒店来说维护得不错，在马桶盖、喷淋浴等地方有翻新，仅少数开关可能存在一些老化造成的接触不良问题。 服务上，入住时的体验可堪灾难：礼宾无人在门外接应车辆需要自行开门，无人帮忙接过行李，前台仅一人办理入住且业务不熟练造成入住堵塞，入住后没有提示电梯厅、早餐位置等。 但是管家团队在这次入住期间提供了非常优质的服务，特别感谢李洋、易嘉倩和赵胜强三位管家介绍房间和酒店内的设施以及提供的送餐服务。温泉挺好，也算是酒店的特色。

I had the pleasure of staying at The St. Regis Beijing, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was extraordinary, and every aspect of my stay was meticulously arranged. Highlights of My Stay: • Butler Service: The butler service was truly remarkable, providing attention to every detail and making sure I felt comfortable at all times. • Breathtaking Views: The view of the Guomao CBD was absolutely stunning. It was such a pleasure to wake up to such an amazing cityscape. • Incredibly Comfortable Bedding: The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. • Outstanding Service: I am especially grateful to Sven Du, Sophia Dong, Kyle Xiu, Chris Zhang, Jay Wu, Dylan Zhao, Vivian, Ruby for their warm and attentive service. You all made my stay feel truly special. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful arrangements throughout my stay, everything exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the amazing service and overall experience, I will definitely be choosing The St. Regis Beijing as my first choice for future visits. Highly recommended!!! A grand and old hotel. Check in was good and they kindly provided an upgrade for my Ambassador status The suite was large and showing its age. My colleagues complained of non functioning switches but mine were fine Breakfast was ok and i wrote a seperate review Gym and pool were medium sized and shared with the service apartments attached. They claim they have a natural hot spring but probably artificial Good location in the chaoyang area 7/10

We recently stayed at the St Regis for a couple of nights and it was amazing. The room was very clean and very cozy. The hotel details were top notch and all the public areas created an amazing atmosphere. What stood out the most was the service of all the hotel staff. Mandy was truly amazing. She helped us out so much and was ready to help with whatever we needed. Jay at the reception was very warm and welcoming. Gladys and Eva at the restaurant were very friendly and loved seeing them in the morning. The butler service was very nice, you can have warm tea or coffee whenever you want sent to your room. Very tasty and had a wonderful stay! Thank you to everyone at the st.regis it was an amazing couple of nights. Highly recommend staying here and we were extremely satisfied with our stay!
