Amazing location!
The Bellevue Palace was part of a Tauck river cruise tour. The front desk staff was incredibly professional, responsive, and always friendly! The location was great for exploring the city on foot and getting to local dining. The only drawback for us was that the rooms were very warm at night. The hotel did provide a Dyson fan (very quiet) which was helpful.

Lovely stay
This is a perfect place for a stay in Bern. Awesome location, wonderful service. The rooms are impeccable and food is amazing, I highly recommend the noumi restaurant.
