Estadía familiar en Sofitel
Hicimos un viaje en familia (17 pax) y nos hospedamos unos días en el Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta. Excelente ubicación, el servicio desde la puerta principal, colaboración con las maletas, todo el personal muy atentos y colaboradores en Recepción. El desayuno excelente, con mucha variedad de cereales, repostería, panes, frutas, bebidas, etc. Delicioso todo! Un especial agradecimiento a Laura y Nohelia, por su trato tan amable, cariñoso y tan profesional en el restaurante Alma, al igual que Andrea en La Patisserie. Siempre super atentas, con un cariño y calor humano increíble. Definitivamente ellas hicieron especial nuestra estadía y son una de las razones para volver a Buenos Aires y al hotel. Que Dios los bendiga y retribuya en salud y trabajo!

I have already stayed in several Accor flag hotels in several countries. This one is very good. Good location in a quiet and safe area, with a shopping mall across the street. Easy to go to the most important turistic attractions Staff very polite and helpful. Spaceous rooms. Very good breakfast that will fit all tastes. There is a nice patisserie on the ground floor. Go for the sweets! I am a big fan of photography. Take some time to check the pictures on display in the lobby.

A fabulous hotel
This is a wonderful hotel all around. I would highly recommend this place. The service was extraordinary. The beds were great, lovely rooms with a bath tub. The location is fabulous and the value for the money is great. I cannot say enough about the staff, the breakfast, the location, everything! I stayed in another high end hotel in the city which was great but I would come back to this one without a question. I even lost some headphones and before I could email them, they emailed me that they found them. That is great service!

El hotel es de muy buena calidad, muy bien ubicado y el personal muy amable. El checkin fue rápido, el vale parking muy atento y rápido. Para mejorar considero que debería redecorar las habitaciones. Y en el desayuno debería haber algunas cosas más, como palta o salmón.

Excelente Hotel
Excelente hotel. Cada mes viajamos a Buenos Aires y siempre es un placer hospedarnos en Sofitel Recoleta. Desde el momento de realizar la reserva, el trato al llegar y durante la estadía. Muy rico desayuno y el restaurant del hotel es muy agradable y con excelente carta. Gracias a todo el personal por el buen trato de siempre.
