Poor service. Would not recommend, especially for the price. No one helped me with my luggage on arrival or departure. I ordered breakfast to my room, but had to call down to the front desk after it didn't show up. They don't outline the fact that when you order food to your room, they are going to automatically charge a tip. I am actually fine with them doing this, but they need to let you know that this will be on the bill because when they bring the receipt to your room, it asks for an additional tip. This felt scammy to me. Lastly, housekeeping was waiting outside my room before my checkout time, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. As soon as I got my bag out, they went into my room to clean it, confirming to me that they had been waiting for me to leave.

Thank you for everyone who made my stay so memorable and fun. The hotel was gorgeous, everyone was so gracious and willing to help me with whatever question I had. I would go here again in a heartbeat. From the wonderful concierge to the valet service, everything was perfect.

The room was very nice and clean. A good central location. However, I did experience a strange incident with the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff went through my suitcase, moving some of my items to other parts of the room. When I reported to the hotel management, they reacted as if I was looking for something for free. Not the case, I accepted nothing. I merely wanted the hotel to be aware they could have an employee with issues. I should add nothing was stolen only rearranged.

Nice decor and location but was incredibly noisy. We could hear our neighbors' conversations every day. The restaurant was nice as was the Citrus Club on the roof. The Citrus Club is first come-first serve and almost always had a very long wait list. There were no USB-C charging options only USB-A. The hotel needs to upgrade shower heads and water pressure. No way to plug in an alternate form of streaming i.e. a Fire-stick or Roku.

My wife and I travel internationally extensively and we've definitely got a high bar regarding lodging and service. The Dewberry is definitely top tier. Our definition of good service is when all the staff treat everyone like they are the most important folks in the building. ALL of your staff that we encountered met that standard...well done folks.
